Miramonte is a large spacious villa in a very quiet residential area, flat plot and totally private. The villa includes a large lounge with fire place, dining area, spacious kitchen with access to the garden. There are 4 bedrooms in the house 3 king size and one double and with 3 en-suite bathrooms and family shower room. To the rear of the villa is a large open naya leading to the luxury Mediterranean gardens and huge 12m x 10m pool. In addition, the villa includes an apartment with its own fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom and bedroom with a further queen size double bed, 2 additional comfortable folding beds are available for guests use in the villa. Outside you can enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen including BBQ, grill, pizza oven, breakfast bar with outside additional shower and toilet along with the lovely Mediterranean garden with views to the mountain beyond. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating, several open terraces with wonderful open views, lounge seating, exterior shower, storeroom, Wifi, satellite TV, ping pong table, football table, driveway  with parking for several cars.  
Golf: Within 8 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Javea golf club, between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant.. 
Within a 30 miinute  drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.

Amazing Villa

The villa was amazing in a great location. The outdoor space was particular great with the outdoor kitchen and grill and the swimming pool was enormous! Overall it was fabulous.

Excellent holiday

Excellent villa, we were a party of 7 adults ,4 children .This villa is very impressive on a large plot, with well established gardens and a very large pool. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax around the pool . Every thing you need for a relaxing holiday. The property surpassed all our expectations, the management team are always on hand and nothing too much trouble. would recommend to everyone .

The most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in

The villa is a slice of heaven. It ticks all the boxes for everyone’s needs and feels so homely. The renovations (new bathrooms) are beautiful and k can’t wait to be able to revisit to see what the owner improves next. It is in a beautiful position and is very private and not overlooked at all. We were lucky to enjoy three wonderful weeks in our happy place. Anyone who stays here is very lucky!!!!!!

Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour dans cette maison et à Javea. Nous pensons en revanche que l'entretien de plusieurs appareils ménagés et du grill laisse à désirer et que cela mérite un investissement de la part du propriétaire.
