Very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps four, has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a very pleasant living / dining area which opens onto a terrace with outdoor tea table and sofa seating for four. Here is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy the great neighbourhood atmosphere. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a second bathroom with bathtub is located in the hall.
With a westward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great afternoon sun exposure and it is ideal for year-round occupation.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of âŹ80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of âŹ6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.
The city tax on the amount of âŹ2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.
It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.
The apartment is on the ground floor and there are a few steps to access the apartment.

Conveniently located in the Village Marina complex, on the Ria Formosa front and at the heart of OlhĂŁo, this modern two-bedroom apartment is minutes away from water-taxis departing for OlhĂŁo's famous island with white-sand and crystal-clear water beaches. The nearby open air Market and the waterfront restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood purchased that morning from returning local fishermen, are just some of the great facilities that can be found in this neighbourhood. A rooftop pool terrace affords magnificent views of OlhĂŁo and its typical cubist architecture.
