House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12am.
- Smoking is not allowed - Please note that, inside the premises, smoking is not allowed but we have a big garden and balcony where smoking is permitted
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property for two cars
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- 10 Min walk to twon center and Wycombe Hospital
- Nationwide Bas stop outside the property.
- Tye Park 5 minute drive.
Trainstation to London with fast route is 7 minute drive, 
The check in time will be in between 12pm till 5pm unless requested in advance
