In Imperia Porto Maurizio, 100 m from beautiful Borgo Marina sandy beaches and less than 10 minutes walging distance from main street, we offer you this apartment, ideal if you are looking for a pleasant holiday by the sea!
Excellent strategic position close to all amenities: walking distance to shops, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pizzerias.
This apartment is on the fourth floor (with an elevator) and is completely renovated. It consists of a single room with a kitchenette and a double bed, a sofa bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult (140 cm x 190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort and the best equipment: TV (Italian channels), Wi-Fi, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, fridge-freezer and induction plate.
The accommodation is rounded off by a very comfortable and modern bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace with table and chairs for joyful moments after the beach.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This apartment is certainly an excellent solution if you want to spend your vacation in an informal and active way, or or if you love the pleasure of having all the comforts close to the beaches without having to use the car to get around every day. Ideal for a couple with children!
