Kihei Sands Condominium ligger direkt på en av Maui bästa stränder, Sugar Beach. Från vårt havs pool och grilluteplatsområde kan du praktiskt taget röra vid stranden - ren, sandig, obefolkad och sträcker sig i miles i båda riktningarna. Par, familjer och grupper kommer att hitta den perfekta platsen för vila och avkoppling. Vårt uteplatsområde här på Kihei Sands är en av våra mest njutna bekvämligheter. Njut av varje morgon med färskt bryggt kaffe eller varje kväll och titta på den fantastiska solnedgången medan du grillar middag. Fantastiska vyer från vår uteplats inkluderar sköldpaddor, valar (när i säsong), och sist men inte minst våra spektakulära Maui solnedgångar !!! Vårt uteplats är för alla att njuta av, och det är en liten nog komplex som du kan lära känna andra gäster under din vistelse som skildrar vår Ohana (Family) Atmosphere. Kihei Sands har tretton 2 bed / 2 bad condos ligger på den andra av bara 2 nivåer och endast 30 condos totalt i hela komplexet. Våra vackra 2 sovrum 2 bad enheter är uppgraderade och fullt utrustade med allt du behöver känna dig som hemma. Eftersom vi erbjuder en, två och tre sovrum enheter, familjer, vänner, bröllopsfester, smekmånad, reunion grupper och seniorer väljer att njuta av en vistelse tillsammans på Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums.

För närliggande restauranger och shoppingmöjligheter finns en liten stormarknad och en stor smörgåsaffär intill. En fräsch frukt- och grönsaksmarknad med Maui-produkter, bröd, ost och salsas är en kort fem minuters promenad nerför stranden samt en ABC-butik och den bästa rakaisen på ön. Det finns många restauranger och shoppingalternativ inom några miles av Kihei Sands. Vårt centrala läge gör det enkelt att komma åt allt som Maui har att erbjuda.

Another great stay at Kihei Sands

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were at Kihei Sands for a month. My children and grandchildren joined me. As always we enjoyed walking and playing on the beach. B4 was very suitable for our family. I appreciated the solid wood coffee table and desks that were perfect and safe for children to use, plus lots of drawers for storage. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy and we made good use of the beach chairs. I enjoyed the afternoon shade on the Lanai and the great view. The location of Kihei Sands is the best. Right on the ocean, within walking distance of ABC, bake shop and farmer's market, and in a quieter area.

Perfect Getaway Location in Kihei, Maui

Perfect location on Sugar Beach with beach and pool right at your doorstep. Beach is sandy and perfect for kids. Great patio location with community vibe - we used the grill and plenty of boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas available for use during our stay. Gorgeous sunsets and very friendly staff. Unit was clean and plenty of towels and linens provided. Comfy beds. We'll be back!

30th anniversary family trip

The property was very nice. Quality of the accommodations were exceptional. Quiet area. Other families staying were respectful and friendly. Property is right in the ocean. Other areas of Maui were easy to access. Parking was convenient and always had open spaces. Free morning coffee on the patio was great.

Beautiful space!

What a great place to call home for a few days. The beach access is amazing and we loved all the toys/chairs/boogie boards the property has to borrow. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 4.

Great Family Experience

There was a feeling of staying at a private beach, the complex was just the right size, quiet and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to walk to the best shaved ice (Ululani), bakery (Sugar Beach Bake Shop) and farmers market. What a great experience for our young granddaughter who loved the waves.

Very clean place, if you rent a car, conveniently located within 15 min drives to airport, shopping, etc. Perfect if you’re attending a wedding next door to Sugar Beach Events!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Kihei Sands. Location was perfect. Nice and quiet complex steps from the beach. Our unit had beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Kitchen was very well stocked. We originally had booked for 6 adults, but one couple backed out. It would have been pretty tight with 6, but was perfect for 4. Complex is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was amazing! Perfect location.

This condo was well-maintained and clean. Air conditioning worked perfect. Sugar beach was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the beach gear and towels. Lounging area by the ocean is great. Parking spots are very tight and hard to find especially if you are driving a larger vehicle like we were. The care package we received when we arrived was so nice. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Family Vacation

This is the best location for direct beach access. The rental is right on the beach and the pool looks over the beach. The host was very friendly. The property is bigger than the pictures. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The only issue we had was we received a complaint about the kids running around too early in the morning which is very noisy for the condo below us. We tried very hard to keep the noise down, but with the time change the kids are up so early that maybe not the best condo to stay in with small children if they are early risers.

Family holiday break vacation.

The property is nice. We have a family of 5, and while it sleeps 6, it’s most comfortable with 4 or less. The property location is nice, but the condo doesn’t have a lot of beach real estate. Limited number of umbrellas, tables, and beach side relaxation space. We felt like we were competing with other families for a dinner table, bbq, or umbrella. This is not a criticism of this specific rental, but a recognition of the limitations of the property.

Maui Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were six of us who stayed at this condo and we were very pleased with our stay here. The condo is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were so close to the beach and the patio area was so very nice to spend the mornings and evenings viewing the beach. The beds are comfy and was just enough room for all of us. The only complaint we have is the upstairs loft would have been better if there was a solid wall instead of open. Sound traveled up and down and sometimes it was hard to hear the TV downstairs when the TV upstairs was on. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. We recommend it!
