It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom with balcony and en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an additional trundle, ideal for four people, but can sleep five on request. Completing the interior is a shower room, a kitchen/living room with gas fire and a living/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a balcony with table and chairs. 12 Combehaven is an outstanding retreat to this part of Devon.
