Lovely 1-bedroom, 2nd-floor seafront apartment in the centric Eden Roc II building, with unbeatable sea views over the entrance to the Puerto Deportivo (marina).
Location is its forte; overlooking the Paseo MarĂtimo, it stands a stone's throw away from the beach, and all amenities, shops, bars, and restaurants you may wish. There is no communal swimming pool.
Accommodation comprises: entrance to the building with a concierge from Monday to Friday; lift access to the 2nd floor; spacious living/dining room with sofa-bed and flat-screen TV with international channels, leading to the generous terrace with magnificent sea views; separate small fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.; spacious bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes; and a separate bathroom with shower cabinet and fitted washing machine.
đThe linen, a set of towels for each guest, and a beach pool towel are included in the rental price.
đ The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
â There are two air-con units in the living room and the bedroom.
đ Please let us know your approximate arrival time at least a couple of days before your arrival, we don't want you to wait after a long journey.
