Amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner duplex apartment on the the 6th floor of Block A in the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This lovely holiday home has been renovated, and its incredible sea views almost give the impression of being on a ship at sea! Its delightful L-shaped corner terrace enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views from MĂĄlaga to Puerto Banus, ideal for breakfast, a romantic dinner under the stars, or sunbathing.
Accommodation comprises: lift access; living/dining room with comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors to the terrace; compact fitted kitchen with serving hatch; full bathroom with shower; stairs to the bedroom area; master bedroom with double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views; second bedroom with twin beds and doors to a small balcony with sea views; separate full bathroom with shower over bath.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
