Set on a peaceful 1,286 mÂČ plot, this cosy detached house built in 1989 is the perfect retreat for a relaxing stay on the Costa Brava. With 192 mÂČ spread over two floors, the property can accommodate up to 6 people and combines comfort, style and a unique natural setting.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a small living room that invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquillity. The dining room is ideal for sharing meals with family or friends, while the television and internet connection offer entertainment at any time. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and all necessary appliances will make you feel right at home.
The property has 3 double bedrooms with two 150+190 beds and two single 90x190 beds. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate studio, ideal for those seeking more privacy. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower) that provide all the comfort you need.
The best thing about this house is outside: enjoy a covered terrace and several seating areas in the garden while you take in the magnificent sea views. The 10x4 metre infinity pool will allow you to relax and cool off while you contemplate the landscape.
