Guests will be captivated by the stunning views of the North coast and the magnificent mountain landscapes that surround the property.The ground floor of the villa comprises a generous living room with a dining area, a double bedroom, and a convenient shower/WC. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen awaits, with a door leading to an outdoor grill area for al fresco dining. The living room seamlessly connects to a furnished terrace overlooking the inviting private pool.Ascending to the first floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one featuring a double bed and the other with two single beds, each accompanied by an en-suite bathroom. A modern wooden pergola adorns the spacious terrace on this level, accessible from the bedrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and modern flat-screen TVs for your comfort.The villa is well-appointed with modern amenities, including a satellite dish, air conditioning, an alarm system, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
