Villa Bienvenue is a spacious and tastefully decorated villa, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on a beautiful location within the luxury villa park Domaine Les Rives De l'Ardèche. The villa and the garden offer a lot of privacy and a particularly beautiful view.
The living room has a comfortable seating area with a fireplace and television with underneath other Dutch-language channels. From the living room you walk through to the dining room with dining area and double sliding doors to the terrace. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The villa is baby friendly; cot, highchair and changing mat are available in the house (free). All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, which is necessary in the wonderfully warm climate the summer. On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, with sink and shower. On the floor there are two more doubles bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. In two bedrooms the beds are 2.10 m long, in the other bedrooms the beds are 2.00 m long.
Outside:
From the villa you can walk straight into your garden where you can enjoy the great outdoors covered terrace with modern garden furniture. The heated private swimming pool (4.5 x 9 m, depth 1.1 - 2 m) has a staircase for easy access. Located next to the pool a nice lawn, great for the kids to play on. There is also a garden in the garden original French bowling alley. At the back of the garden, you will find an extra shady seat under the trees. This beautiful villa offers a lot of privacy in the garden. The villa is situated on a spacious plot of 1000 m2 with parking space for 3 cars.

The Domaine Les Rives De l'Ardèche is located on the Ardèche River and is surrounded by rugged scenery and beautiful vineyards and lavender fields. In the area, there are numerous picturesque, medieval villages. The cosy village of Vallon Pont d'Arc is a few kilometres away from the park. Here you can visit the famous Pont d'Arc and the 32,000-year-old cave paintings in the Grotte Chauvet (UNESCO World Heritage).
