Two sets of keys should be provided and tea towels needed for kitchen area. Grout in the bathrooms need a deep clean. We were told at the property that the electricity would go off if two or more appliances were used at the same time!! This was concerning as the electricity could only be put back on within office hours!! The online house manual should clearly explain that when you are disposing of rubbish in the street bins, you need to press and hold the small button for a few seconds for the bin to open, no card is needed. (The instructions on the bin show that you need a special card)On a positive note, the beds were really comfortable, there were lots of bathroom towels of varying sizes and there was aircon (although this was better in some rooms than others). The apartment is a little far out, however there is a regular 35 bus service into the centre, takes less than 10minutes, costs 2 for 110minutes travel. The apartment is located in a quiet area so you get a peaceful sleep and there are a few supermarkets, a cashpoint, bakery, coffee shops and pizzeria within a few minutes walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
