Amazing helpful host & great location

Modern, newly renovated ground floor apartment that we shared with another family so there were 9 of us in total. The pool was great and the beach just a couple of mins walk away. Darko was very helpful before and during our stay - would definitely recommend. Traffic towards Split got a little busy at times so leave a littel extra time if you need to be somewhere at a certain time. Amigos restaurant about 10 mins walk away was really nice and the pizzas at Fabio's were really good. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great Stay

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It is spacious and well equipped. We had great hospitality from Darko and his parents who talked to us regularly. We got to learn more about the country by staying at this apartment instead of a hotel or an impersonal rental. The apartment is on the ground level of a 3 level building. It is surrounded by other rentals and locals. The beach is a few steps away. There are lots of bars and restaurants at the beach that we enjoyed. There is a bakery across the street and many small grocery stores around. The location was great for exploring the Dalmatia coast and very close to Split. We took the bus downtown to avoid the hassle of parking. Overall, we had a great stay and we recommend this rental.

Schönes modernes Apartment

Super modernes Apartment, sehr sauber, freundliche Besitzer. Gute Empfehlungen wo und was man machen kann. Besitzer leben im ersten Stock, oben ist noch eine Wohnung. Pool konnten wir aber gut alle nutzen. Wer es freier und komfortabel mag wĂŒrd ich fĂŒr höchstens zwei Familien empfehlen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit acht Personen. Das war genau richtig. Im großen und ganzem super Apartment.

Modern apartment with access to pool.

Comfortable place, within a couple of minutes walk of the sea and local shops. Pool is hardly used by other people in the villa so feels virtually private. Owner very helpful.

Nice vila, wonderful garden, friendly and descrete host!

We were 3 families with kids renting the ground floor of the vila. We had all needed facilities, spent wonderful time there especially enjoying the garden with its great terrace. Seaside is very close to the house, but you can also explore for other beaches around. There is also a very good restaurant nearby. We had a great time!

Super utsiktsterrasse og et fantastisk vertskap !!

Vi var to familier/ 6 personer som delte toppleiligheten. Her var det tre gode soverom og to bad. Sengeplasser til 7 (+ 2 pÄ sovesofa i stua dersom nÞdvendig). Terrassen med solseil over var like deilig til morgenkaffen som til lunch og sene middager. Et fantastisk vertskap som inviterte oss pÄ middag i haven med nygrillet fisk og selvlaget vin. Det ble dans og mye moro den kvelden. Vi fikk vÊre med pÄ fjelltur sammen med vertskapet og de viste oss rundt i omrÄdet. Baker rett over veien og en liten kolonial 200 meter borti veien. Stranda er 50 meter unna gjennom familiens hage. Gode bussforbindelser til Split og rimelig med drosje. Vi hadde 14 fantastiske dager mye takket vÊre gjestfriheten og hjelpsomheten til vÄrt fantastiske vertskap.

Juradin Appartments

Wir waren in der obersten etage des Appartments, hat eine sehr schöne aussicht, zum strand sind es ca. 50 Meter entfernt. Im Großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Unmittelbar in der nĂ€he gibt es einen Supermarkt und BĂ€ckerei. Was wir aufjedenfall empfehlen können ist die Stadt Split am hafen und der Green Market wo man gut und gĂŒnstig Shoppen kann. Die Besitzer vom Juradin Appartments vor allem der Darko war total nett und hat geholfen wo er nur konnte. FĂŒr kurzfristig gebuchte reisen nicht schlecht

A place with a good atmosphere and a great host!

We loved being on holiday here, the appartments are well-maintained, the garden is perfect for a barbecue or good dinner with 10 people, the beach is extremely close, the atmosphere is good and the host very friendly.

Wonderful holiday and lovely apartment

I was impressed by the apartment and it's value for money. It slept a group of eight of us comfortably, and was amazingly convenient for the beach, mini-supermarket, bakery and bus stop for buses to Split/Omis (all 50 metres away). Darko the owner was enormously welcoming and helpful in arranging our plans, and made sure we had a good time. Thank you very much!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub!

Von Anfang an waren wir positiv beeindruckt von den gepflegten Zimmern, vom gepflegten Garten und den schönen und sauberen Strand der quasi vor unserer TĂŒr war. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das FrĂŒhstĂŒck dazu gebucht und waren auch hier nicht enttĂ€uscht. Immer sehr lecker, frisch und immer wieder was anderes. Zum Ausgehen gab es auch genug Möglichkeiten, lĂ€uft man den Strand entlang findet man gleich nach paar Meter schon die ersten Restaurants, und ĂŒberall war es lecker:) WĂŒrde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Waren diesmal mit Freunden, aber fĂŒr ein Familienurlaub eignet es sich auch perfekt. Ein paar Freunden hab ich das Haus schon weiterempfohlen;)

Kroatien von der besten Seite!

Wunderschönste 10 Tage Anfang Juli haben wir in der Villa Juradin verbracht! Wir waren neun MĂ€dls (Alter 18) und auf die drei Wohnungen aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnungen ist insgesamt ok, alles sauber und in jeder Wohnung gibt es eine kleine KĂŒche, die fast alles hat, was man braucht, nur eine SpĂŒlmaschine wĂ€re noch wĂŒnschenswert gewesen! Es gibt eine Terrasse, die sich hervorragend eignet den Tag mit einem FrĂŒhstĂŒck unter der im Garten stehenden Palme zu beginnen; ein BĂ€cker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt dahinter liegt ein kleiner GemĂŒsegarten, von dem wir uns freundlicherweise bedienen durften. Vom Haus geht direkt ein Weg zum Meer mit Steinstrand, das Wasser ist super klar. Unbedingt hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Familie Juradin, die uns jeder Zeit zu helfen bereit war! Außerdem veranstalteten sie fĂŒr uns einen Grillabend an dem sie ihr KochkĂŒnste unter Beweis stellten - hervorragender Fisch! Die Stadt Split ist gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen und auf jeden Fall sehenswert. Insgesamt sind wir sehr mit dem Verlauf des Aufenthalts zufrieden und können auf jeden Fall empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen!

Lernen Sie den geist Dalmatiens kennen, 5 *****

Zu den Angaben im Internet muss man nichts mehr hinzufĂŒgen. Alles ist korrekt angegeben. Alle drei Apartments waren bei der Ankunft sehr sauber, freundlich und mit einer ersten StĂ€rkung fĂŒr das leibliche Wohl hergerichtet. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass wir bisher keinen schöneren Urlaub gemacht haben. Verantwortlich dafĂŒr war neben dem sehr warmen aber dennoch angenehmen Wetter und dem sauberen Strand, die Vermieter-Familie Juradin. Von der Organisation des Flughafentransfers, ĂŒber die Bereitung eines unvergesslichen Grillabends mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten, bis hin zur Begleitung zur Einkaufstour in den Supermarkt, wurden uns alle WĂŒnsche von den Augen abgelesen, ohne dabei aufdringlich gewesen zu sein. Es stand immer ein Ansprechpartner fĂŒr jegliche Belange zur VerfĂŒgung. Selbst SonderwĂŒnsche, wie Panzertape zum Bauen einer Luftmatratze aus 2l-Karlovacko-Bier-Flaschen, wurde einem schnellstens erfĂŒllt. Wer also als Selbstversorger ohne Auto hier Urlaub macht, kann keine bessere Unterkunft wĂ€hlen. Die VerstĂ€ndigung klappte ohne jegliche Probleme, da sowohl Deutsch, als auch Englisch gesprochen wurde. Wir waren mit 2 Familien ĂĄ 4 Personen hier und haben jeweils ein Apartment uns Eltern zugeteilt und im dritten die 4 Kinder einquartiert. Der ĂŒppige Garten mit zahlreichen ObstbĂ€umen, GemĂŒse, KrĂ€utern und Heilpflanzen war eine reine Augenweide und auch Gaumenfreude. Den Strand erreicht man in einer Minute ĂŒber einen von Wein ĂŒberwachsenen Privatweg ohne dabei eine Straße queren zu mĂŒssen. Allein das ist schon ein entscheidendes Kriterium fĂŒr dieses Haus. Die Kinder konnten stets zum Strand und zurĂŒck ohne immer eine Begleitperson dabei haben zu mĂŒssen, sehr entspannt. Zusammenfassend: eine praktische Unterkunft, mit traumhafter Außenanlage, in bester Lage von Podstrana, mit einer mehr als gastfreundlichen Vermieter-Familie, die Ihre GĂ€ste wie zu Hause fĂŒhlen lĂ€sst und sie eher wie gute Freunde, als wie Kunden behandelt und einem den echten Geist von Dalmatien nĂ€her bringt. Mein Geheimtipp: ein Besuch der Taverne in Alt-Podstrana in den Bergen und das von der Familie selbstgemachte Olivenöl (fragt Darko).

Super, schön und Ă€ußerst gastfreundlich!

Schon beim Buchen der Anlage gefiel mir die offene, freundliche und praktische Art des Vermieters. Er war durchweg bemĂŒht uns immerzu zufrieden zu stellen. Er sorgte sogar fĂŒr einen Transport vom Flughafen zum Haus, machte uns mit der Gegend vertraut (GeschĂ€fte u.Ă€.) und grillte an einem Abend fĂŒr uns. Das Haus war super schön, sauber und sehr nah am Strand. Ich kann das Feriendomizil wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen!!

Familienurlaub mit 10 Personen. Wir waren Mitte August in Podstrana und hatten eine super Zeit. Der Vermieter war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns schnell heimisch gefĂŒhlt. Der wunderschöne Garten bietet viel Obst und KrĂ€uterpflanzen, die wir jederzeit verwenden konnten. Die 3 Studios sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Plasma mit englischen und kroatischen Programmen, Klimaanlage mit Fernbedienung, frische HandtĂŒcher...); nur eine GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine hĂ€tte das Ganze noch abrunden können. - Der Strand (sehr sauber) ist nur eine Minute Fußmarsch entfernt und man muss keine Straße dafĂŒr ĂŒberqueren. - Die BĂ€ckerei erreicht man nach 2 Minuten (gĂŒnstige und frische Brötchen fĂŒrÂŽs FrĂŒhstĂŒck). - Ein ĂŒberdachter Parkplatz ist ebenfalls auf dem GelĂ€nde vorhanden, so dass man immer einen schattigen Stellplatz hat :-) Wir danken unserem Vermieter fĂŒr die unvergesslichen Tage. Gerne wĂŒrden wir wieder dorthin fahren :-)

Spring break'12!!!

My friends and I went here for spring break. We're all college students studying abroad and we had a great time! We went out in split, which is really easy to get to and sat by the beach a lot, which is a 2 min walk from the house, and had a great time. Even when it rained it was so beautiful and even for being early April is was not that cold. One day it even got warm enough to swim in the sea. Darko also was really helpful in organizing a trip to Plitvice National Park. He was really helpful the whole time telling us what places are fun to go out, where to get things we need and how to get there. I was such a fun time!!! We definitely want to go back!!

Amazing Week!

Our vacation in Podstrana and Split really could not have been better. We were treated like family the entire week, the owner was always willing to help us and gave us many good suggestions on what to do. The family even cooked us a traditional Croatian fish dinner one night, which was delicious. The city is a short cab drive away and is easily affordable when split among a few people. There was really not a single bad thing about our week there. The apartment and city are beautiful, everybody was very kind and helpful, and there are many nice restaurants and clubs to go to in the evening. Highly recommend!

Paradise

This villa could not have been any nicer. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that were able to fit a total of 10 people. On the patio was a long table, which we used to cook family dinners the half time we stayed there. Next to the table was a fire pit to cook great fish, chicken, steak or whatever. Inside the rooms were mini-kitchenettes to make eggs and/or pancakes as well as to clean the dishes. Plus, the rooms had wi-fi for you to check your emails or look up things to do in town. About 20 yards from the villa is the beach. Lawn chairs are available for use, and if you are looking to row a boat... they got one too. This location could not have been any better. Within ten minutes are restaurants with great pastas, risottos, pizzas, and of course, their own local wine. Across the street from the villa is a small convenient mart with some essential goods and a cute little bakery for your morning breakfasts. About a block down is the bus stop that can take you to either downtown Split within 15 minutes or to the pirate town of Omis. Both places have shops, boat rides, and scenic hikes. Finally, our owner, Darko, made our stay seem so welcoming. He made sure our rooms were neat and had everything we needed. He also showed us all the hip spots to go to at night. Still, he made us a great Croatian dinner one night that we absolutely loved. Overall, I could not say one bad thing. The price was right and would consider going back in a heart beat!

Our trip!

We hade probleme to find the place by my GPS (from Sweden), but we get alot of help from the owners (very nice and helpful people), and it was soo easy! We liked that place, nice room, near to the beach. We had a problem with the Mosquitoes, so dont forget to close the doors every time you open them :) We all enjojd our trip in croatia!
