Located in a quiet and secure residential area, these type F1 and F2 apartments of 34m² and 49m², respectively, are nicely furnished and decorated. Each of these apartments have a terrace of approximately 8m², offering a pleasant view of the sunset and the bays of Fort-de-France and Trois-Ilets.

These two new apartments located at the bottom of the villa, accessible on one level, include the following equipment:
- an equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, household essentials (sheets, bath and beach towels, iron, dryer, coffee maker, TV ...), access to the swimming pool.

The little extras:
- We promise to pick you up on your arrival.
- We also offer you the first breakfast / brunch for reservations of minimum 6 nights.
