White Sea by Wonderful Italy - Villetta Merida

Semi-detached house split on two levels with a barbecue area, located in a residential village, a few steps away from the seaside in Torre Santa Sabina.



Villetta Merida spreads over two levels. The ground floor houses the living area which consists of a small living room with a single sofa bed, a TV and a dining round table, and of an independent well-equipped kitchen, fitted with an oven and everything guests may need to prepare delicious meals. On the same floor there is also a toilet. Walking up the staircase in the living room, guests will reach the second floor dedicated to the sleeping area. Here there are two double rooms with balconies: the first comes with a queen-sized bed and the latter with two single beds that can be joined upon request. This floor also offers a full bathroom with shower.



Finally, the house boasts a barbecue area in the backyard to enjoy summer evenings in company, in addition to a large and sunny veranda furnished with dining table and relax area, next to which guests will find a laundry area fitted with shower and washing machine.



Air conditioning in the corridor of the first floor completes the property.

“Surrounded by the lush green of the trees planted on slopes”, the town of Carovigno is part of northern Salento, in the province of Brindisi, and is a famous center of olive oil production. The Castle of Carovigno bears the name of the city in which the ancient Carbina was built, and like all fortified monuments it’s the highest part of the area while underground it’s possible to visit the “dungeons” used as cells and cellars. Worth visiting is the historic centre with its four proud towers, three of which are still standing. Not far away there are the churches of the town: the mother church dedicated to the Assunta and the “Chiesa del Carmine', with frescoes from the XVIII century. The city of Carovigno hosts every year the “Press Tour Carovigno' which organizes guided tours, olive harvesting and tastings.



The airports of Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (1 hour) are the closest to reach.
