Carefully decorated and prepared for a perfect holiday, with a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, internet and private underground parking.
Great sea and panoramic views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the old town of Estepona, very centrally located within walking distance to restaurant, bars, supermarkets, the marina, and the promenade. It is next door to the âLas Mesasâ sports club which offers paddle tennis, gym, yoga facilities as well as a small restaurant.
The nearest beach, âPlaya del Cristoâ is 550 meters walk and two more beaches are accessible within walking distance.
The apartment is situated in one of the new buildings of Puerto Blanco, a beautiful community located on Avenida Reina Sofia (itÂŽs on a hill). The large swimming pool, in the same complex is accessible from the next street (Av. Puerta del Mar). Open from June till September.
