When accessing the apartment we find a staircase directly that goes up to the main rooms, although before going up, next to the entrance there is a small service bathroom, equipped with a shower and made up of very good quality elements.

Going up the stairs we access a beautiful living room furnished with sober and tasteful furniture, and with a double sofa-bed of 1.50 x 1.90. The modern, sober and high-quality kitchen is integrated into the living room itself and is equipped with everything you need.

From the living room we access the bedrooms, one of them with two 0.90 x 1.90 beds and the other with two 0.90 x 2.00 beds. In addition there is a second, independent bathroom also accessible from the living room.

The area of the apartment is one of the most important in the center of Seville. It is next to the central area of Plaza del Duque and at the same time a few meters from Torneo Avenue, the Plaza de Armas bus station or the Paseo Colon and the River.

The street of the apartment is Calle Liñán, very small and very quiet, however in the surroundings there are numerous tapas bars, restaurants, small shops and supermarkets. Of course, it is very close to all the places of interest in the city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda or the Archivo de Indias.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
