The studio is located on the ground floor and directly overlooks the street in this lovely quiet neighbourhood. Please note that the property opens directly onto the street.

We provide standard hotel linens and towels.

It has a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need for basic cooking for a short stay period. You will benefit from amenities such as, your own microwave, mini fridge / freezer, induction hob and coffee machine and more.

The living room is considerably spacious with a great quality sofa bench that opens with its drawers that you can open or close according to your use of the space. This has enough space for 2 guests.

Le XIIe arrondissement vous offre en effet un espace de détente agréable avec ses commerces de proximité, ses espaces verts, dont le bucolique bois de Vincennes, et ses multiples restaurants et bistrots parisiens situés aux alentours.

Depuis Roissy Charles de Gaulle (1h) :
Prendre le RER B jusqu’à Châtelet Les Halles. Prendre la ligne 1 (direction Château de Vincennes) jusqu’à Reuilly-Diderot. Prendre la ligne 8 (direction Créteil) jusqu’à Porte de Charenton.

Depuis Orly (50 min) :
Prendre l’Orly Val jusqu’à Anthony. Prendre le RER B (direction Mitry-Claye/Aéroport Charles de Gaulle) jusqu’à Châtelet Les Halles. Prendre la ligne 1 (direction Château de Vincennes) jusqu’à Reuilly-Diderot. Prendre la ligne 8 (direction Créteil) jusqu’à Porte de Charenton.
