Problems started when we arrived at the property to find the listing was incorrect. I contacted the owner to be told that I was wrong ... After a screen shot of the listing they apologised but then chose to ignore my follow up message. We have a young family/mother in law and sisters so need the extra double bed. I had to purchase an inflatable mattress so we could all have a bed... This is not acceptable and the lack of communication is what's really poor. I appreciate mistakes happen but zero effort was made to rectify the issue. The temperature in the house was 8.5degrees when we arrived with all the windows open (in December) once we eventually got the house up to temperature you could see issues all over the place. Windows wouldn't lock, under the beds and sofas it was filthy dirty. Stains all over the carpet and sofas .... This is the first time I've ever had to write a poor review like this. We ended our weekend early and travelled home on Sunday. I am incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this house to anyone again

Lovely house, close to the sea.

Easy to find, close to restaurants and shops for essentials. Five minutes walk to the prom. Easy to get tram. Rooms were modern and very clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Sunny patio out back. Great time overall.

Great wee house, close to tram line, shops etc, property very clean with lovely decor, nice personal touches including welcome basket, would recommend to friends.

Great place to stay

Clean and modern house. Great location , 5 minute walk to promenade/beach . good takeaways ,restaurants and supermarket just round the corner. No problems parking as on a quiet street. Lovely extras left from the host a hamper and colouring book etc for kids. Host very helpful. Would be great location to stay to come see the illuminations.

Excellent house

A lovely house in a nice area. Really close to the tram station (2 min walk) to get you to the tower/pleasure beach. The owner was really nice and responded to messages quickly. The welcome basket was a nice touch. I can highly recommend and will be booking again in the future

Fantastic Accommodation

We absolutely loved staying here. The property is well located within close proximity to the tramlines. The house itself was spotless and well equipped. We would return with no hesitation and recommend to both family and friends.
