We had a great time staying at the house for about 3 weeks. There was a grocery store within walking distance (always helpful) as well as a shopping center a little further away if you don't mind walking 15 minutes, but you can always take one of the bikes and bike to the shopping center in 5 minutes. Although the house is small (typically Dutch), it had everything we needed and when we had a small issue, Cora made sure it was resolved very quickly. I can highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the neighborhood of Amsterdam (you can easily get on public transport into the city).

Perfect for relaxed family holiday

My parents (late 50s), husband, brother and children (36 yo) stayed here and we had a lovely time. The property was well furnished and comfortable, and we had all the household items we needed for the week. We all slept well and enjoyed being able to sit, cook and eat together and enjoy each other's company. It was also really nice that the neighborhood playground is right outside the front door, so our kids could play whenever they wanted. With the windows open at night we got an excellent cross breeze and the house was very cool. It was great that the grocery shops were only a short walk away, as was the train stop to get into Amsterdam or out to other towns. We were able to travel with no difficulty. Cora was very kind and hospitable and always answered my messages quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can come back again some time!

Central location

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the Amstel river, and the convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. The nearby Da Haar castle was a highlight for us.

Good location at top price

Very friendly hostess and very clean apartment with 3 floors.Very clean and also good connection to public transportation.Connection to Amsterdma takes about 50 minutes.The only drawback would be that the house is right in the flight path of the airport and can be very noisy.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist alles super zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir können die Unterkunft zu hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen

The house was as expected with the beds being in the right mixture so that I and my 4-50 something children ea had their own bedThe ome was well stocked only missing a toaster and when I sent a note to the owners suggesting that it would be a nice to have they delivered a brand ne still in the box unit that afternoonThanks for a great stay

Loved Amsterdam

We had a great time at this location. Close to bus and train station. Walking distance to get groceries. The beds were very comfortable and lots of room for 5 ladies. The host is awesome. Thank you Cora.

Great stay for a family

Finding a place to stay in Amsterdam with a family of 5 is pretty challenging or expensive or both. Cora's place was neither and was perfect for our holiday. It was very quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space and the added convenience of having the train station and grocery store both extremely close. Couldn't recommend this place any higher

Great place to stay

I stayed here with my family for a week while visiting the Netherlands. The home is very clean and was as advertised. It is a short walk to the Uithoorn Station where you can easily visit Amsterdam. The available are great to explore the area, which is a very safe and clean area. There are two grocery stores within a short 4 minute walk. The host was great with communication before and during the trip. Highly recommend!

Great Place

The description was exactly as stated and the place was comfortable, clean and the host was exceptional! We just wish it was a little close to Amsterdam as we couldn't quite figure out the Train into town and ended up Ubering into town and back. Excellent place!

Urlaub über Silvester

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und jeder hat immer seinen Platz gefunden.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Spielplatz ist direkt am Haus und ein weiterer wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und eine SBahn Station ist nicht weit entfernt.

Great stay at Uithoorn

Cora’s place was very comfortable and suitable for our family of 5 for a visit to Amsterdam. Beds are comfortable, water pressure amazing , neighborhood is calm and orderly. Grocery store in walking distance , tram 25 in walking distance and easy access to the city. We had a great time ! Thanks Cora and Hans .

Super séjour

Nous y avons logés pour le marathon d’Amsterdam. Le logement est vraiment top et adapté pour 7 personnes. La description de la maison est très correcte. Pas besoin de prendre son véhicule, l’habitation est proche de toutes commodités et Amsterdam est atteignable en 26min par le Tram (arrêt à -10 min de marche). Merci à Hans et Cora pour ce séjour.

Durch Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens starker Fluglärm von 6.00 bis 24.00 Uhr. Sollte in der Beschreibung der Lage der Unterkunft angegeben werden. Ferienhaus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und ausreichend für 7 Personen. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Fantastic space just outside Amsterdam

Very well appointed, comfortable and clean house in Uithoorn, easily accommodating a family of five. The area is family friendly with a play park opposite the house. The tram station is less than a 10 minute walk away which will take you into Amsterdam South. The supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away. The host generously provides bikes which we took on a 28km bike ride to Amsterdam Bos and back. Cora the host was very responsive and friendly. We can highly recommend this property.
