This terraced cottage is located in the award-winning holiday resort of Atlantic Reach, in the heart of Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

49 Atlantic Reach is a terraced cottage near Newquay in the heart of Cornwall. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one twin with a family shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a dining area and sitting area with electric fire and French doors. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture along with an on-site bar. Situated in the heart of the holiday resort of Atlantic Reach, 49 Atlantic Reach is a lovely holiday base for exploring this lovely part of the country.

Amenities: Electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview and DVD player, selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate avaliable on request. Off-road parking for 1 car (permit required, collect free from on-site reception). Front patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Car park 50 yards from property. Seasonal bar available on site. Please Note: This property is privately owned and is not affiliated to Atlantic Reach and consequently the use of onsite facilities is not currently available to guests. Currently Atlantic Reach do not offer an option for guests to purchase a pass for the duration of their stay. Newquay Water World is 4 miles from the property with swimming and leisure facilities and passes start from £32.50 a month. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Previously voted as “One of the Nation’s Favourite Seaside Towns” in the prestigious Which Holiday Survey, it’s no surprise visitors have been flocking to Newquay for many years. The seaside town has something to offer for families, couples and large groups, be it a relaxing spa weekend away or the ultimate luxury retreat. The town boasts an award-winning Blue Flag beach and hosts some of the world’s best water sports competitions, including the Boardmasters festival and the surfing championships. Those walkers will enjoy exploring along the South West Coast Path, passing through hidden coves and over high cliffs, it makes an excellent way to soak up the scenery.
