Villa Sunshine is a wonderful holiday home with stunning views, set in the beautiful countryside near Armação de Pera. Just a short drive from all amenities, with a fantastic outdoor area and private swimming pool, this villa is perfect for a relaxing Algarve holiday.

The property is all on one level and has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two twin beds) which share a large bathroom equipped with a bath and walk-in shower.

The décor is elegant and a little quirky with an open plan lounge and a dining area leading off from it, both ideal spaces for relaxing indoors away from the heat of the day. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishes and utensils and a separate laundry room housing the washing machine and ironing facilities. Both free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available at the property.

Al fresco dining is a must on warm evenings. Sliding doors from the living and dining rooms lead you to a spacious outdoor dining area which is shaded and has a portable BBQ on which to prepare meals on the grill. The gardens are extensive, home to many beautiful flowers and plants and provide the perfect setting for taking refreshing dips in the swimming pool and relaxing on the sunbeds.

An exterior staircase leads to the roof terrace where you can soak up the wonderful Algarvian sunshine and enjoy the 360º countryside views and breathtaking sunsets.

The property is located in a quiet countryside area, not far from Armação de Pêra and just a short drive from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. Several beautiful sandy beaches are also just a short drive from the villa, as well as the Salgados and Amendoeira golf courses.

Car hire is recommended , especially if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

Relaxing

Great property away from the main areas but close enough to walk or short drive to shops and beach etc Villa is great, only issue we had was the pool cleaner walked in without knocking it ringing which we had specifically asked not to happen.

Beautifully equipped, quiet location

Recently refurbished, and all the fittinga are brand new. Super outdoor living space, in quiet rural location, but 10 minutes drive from Lagoa 2 brilliant restaurants in nearby village Perfect fro country down time, but near enough to the beach if you need it Needs pool heating during autumn!!!

Relaxing holidays

The villa itself was very comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, while the spacious living areas provided ample room for relaxation and socializing. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the outdoor space, complete with a pool. Whether lounging by the pool with a good book or enjoying an alfresco dinner, every moment spent outdoors was pure bliss. The location of the villa was also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat away from bustle of the city, yet just a short drive from the Albufeira center. Here, we found an array of shops, restaurants, and attractions to explore, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable holiday. The villa itself was simple in design, it more than made up for it with its comfort and functionality. The addition of reliable internet was a welcome bonus. Overall, our experience at this villa in Ferreiras was extremely positive. With its tranquil surroundings, well-appointed amenities, and convenient location, it provided the perfect setting for a relaxing retreat. Thank you to the staff who was great during our stay.

Secluded Sanctuary

A friend from high school and I stayed for a week in early May. We loved how peaceful and relaxed it was (just a little outside the more heavily-touristed areas). Mornings and evenings around the pool were divine. Very little traffic on the road leading to the property (maybe 1-2 vehicles every 20 minutes or so). The property had almost everything we needed. Groceries, restaurants, pharmacies and other services were only a short drive away, and we always felt quite safe and comfortable. It was a little tricky getting in and out thru the gated driveway entry due to the road being quite narrow. Don’t remember if the property listing mentioned it, but there was no electric clothes dryer (not a problem though as we found the clothesline outside). Also, the property is on septic, so no paper in the toilet was a little different (but being avid campers it wasn’t a difficult adjustment). So much to do and see in the area, fantastic weather and friendly people made our stay very enjoyable. Easy access to the main roads spanning the entire region was also an advantage.

C'était un peu génant pour nous d'avoir eu ces gens pour le ménage, entretiens de jardin, piscine, changement de serviettes,.. pendant notre séjour; Après un appel à l'agence c'était ok.

Vorsicht vor diesem Vermieter / dieser Agentur

Schönes Haus, aber sehr schlechter Service seitens des Vermieters. Viele ergebnislose Anrufe, kein Entgegenkommen für ein früheres Checkin. Das Willkommens-Treffen fand am fünften von sieben Aufenthaltstagen statt, die Agentur Algarve Vacation begründete es mit der Hochsaison. Das negative Highlight dann zum Abschluss: die Kaution wurde vier Tage nach unserer Abreise wegen eines Schadens einbehalten. Niemand konnte uns mitteilen, worin der Schaden bestand. Nach zehn Tagen Funkstille wurde die Kaution dann doch überwiesen. Unsere Erholung war futsch.

We had such a great time in the villa. A beautiful house, it had everything you need for a nice holiday. I’m really recommending it! Would return again thanks Olivia we all had a great time.
