This CHARMING Villa commands an enviable location with stunning views over the Ocean. The traditional features combine with contemporary facilities, to offer luxury spacious accommodation.
From the sweeping marble staircase to the full length upper Balcony, the property exudes space to relax, breathe and to enjoy the serenity of this peaceful village.
The Infinity Pool is the prime feature of the Villa, measuring a generous 10 metres by 4 metres, with depth from 1.2 metres to 1.5 metres. Heated all year. The Villa faces south, guaranteeing sun on the Pool from 10am until Sunset. Likewise, all rooms within the property enjoy the same South facing elevation and magnificent Ocean views.
OPEN PLAN living areas are light and spacious, and the Kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances including an Espresso machine and a generous variety of kitchen utensils. Space to relax is provided by three Sofas in the Lounge, 50" TV, DVD player. Internet speed of Mpbs 500/100. And the large Dining Table offers space to relax and enjoy the family meals.
UPSTAIRS three bedrooms offer comfort for up to 6 people. Custom made beds to our personal design, fitted with quality mattresses and Hotel style linens and Towels, guarantee a comfortable night's sleep. The bedrooms further benefit from large fitted wardrobes so that you may enjoy your holiday clutter free. The latest Air conditioning systems offer Heat or Cooling to suit the season, using Eco Air Heat Pump technology. The USB ports next to each bed allow convenience for everybody's gadgets.
The Master bedroom offers an en suite with spacious power shower and opening window. The Family bathroom offers another spacious power shower and opening windows. The bathrooms are complimented by an additional Ground floor bathroom with Toilet and wash basin. Hot Water is provided by an Eco Tank, again using the latest Air Heat Pump technology. Most electric is provided by the Islands Wind farms located on the plateau.
The POOL TERRACE and Gardens will be a delight for our Guests, and offer substantial additional facilities to enjoy. A large Granite table is provided for Al fresco dining, and a BBQ adjacent. Multi functional chairs that can be moved around as required. Sunbeds are provided for Guests to enjoy the sub Tropical climate, with generous sunshine and year round average daytime temperatures of 20c - 35c. When a Guest wishes to retreat from the Heat, the fitted shutters allow traditional control of sun, heat and airflow. Or the rear Courtyard under mature Palm Trees, allows a cooler retreat in the summer.
GARDEN. The Pool Terrace continues into a Pergoda covered Terrace overlooking the lawn and gardens below. Short staircases lead down to these additional spaces.
To one side is a large lawn area with formal gardens surrounding. To the other side is a wilder garden with native fruit trees and tropical plants. The maze path leading through this will be a delight for young children playing hide and seek. Or for Parents to retreat into the sunken garden. Next to the Maze garden is a Table Tennis Table and a large Chess set. Reliably designed to be suitable for the outdoors. Portuguese Azuelo Tiles decorate the spectator seating to one side. To the rear of this area is the secure parking for two cars, behind an electronic gate. Also offering peace of mind that children cannot wander accidentally into the road.
CALHETA is the prime Tourist area of Madeira and is on the less developed, Western side of the island. It consists of a cluster of villages. Located on the quieter side, Faja da Ovelha offers a peaceful location, but with convenient access 5 minutes away to join the recently extended Via Rapide.
From here it is convenient to start a days exploration of the island, or just to enjoy local attractions.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Blue Sea Tower is an imposing building, commanding panoramic views over the Ocean.
It needed some TLC, and has now been completely renovated.
Balconies, Aircon, Bathrooms and Kitchen have been added. Plus of course the Infinity Pool. A Tower has also been added for the entrance, and secure parking.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The village of Faja da Ovelha is on the quieter side of Calheta, but easily accessed from the newly extended Via Rapide. This is a very peaceful location, and it is more common to hear the sounds of the Falcons flying overhead, than traffic.
Even so, Calheta Marina is only a 12 - 15 minute drive by car.
Or Ponta do Pargo restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes.
Superb Levada walking starts near by, or 15 minutes will put you on top of the Plateau for breath taking scenery, and spectacular walks.
