Recently renovated apartment in the Bolognina neighbourhood, convenient for reaching the train station.



This apartment, situated on the second floor of a building with no lift, has been recently renovated. The entrance opens to a bright and open space living room, furnished with a double sofa bed and TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with a coffee machine.

The bedroom in minimal style comes with a queen size bed, small bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe where to store personal belongings. A comfortable bathroom with shower completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal there is also free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.



*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings.

2 minutes away from the apartment there is the bus stop Lombardi where there are buses which bring you to the central station in 5 minutes while the airport can be reached with a 10-minutes drive.
