Swn yr Afon is a terraced cottage resting in Beddgelert in Gwynedd. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a single, along with a double, a twin, and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there's a rear, elevated decked area with seating and mountain views, whilst off-road parking is available in a shared lay-by 20 yards away on first-come, first-served basis. Swn yr Afon is a characterful holiday home in a lovely, rural corner of Wales.

Amenities: Electric central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 x Smart TVs, Amazon Alexa, WiFi. Fuel, power & starter pack of wood for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking in a shared lay-by 20 yards away on first-come, first-served basis. Rear, elevated decked area with seating and mountain views. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not allowed upstairs and please bring own dog blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 0.4 miles. Note: There are five steps up to the cottage. Note: The cottage is located close to the road so some associated noise may be heard.
