Vår Villa Liakada ligger direkt vid havet, i Kissamosbukten.
Villa Liakada byggdes för 4 år sedan och har två våningar: I övervåningen finns två sovrum, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett rum med två enkelsängar och ett badrum med dusch. På bottenvåningen kan du hitta ett öppet arrangemang av kök och vardagsrum med allt du behöver och ytterligare ett sovrum med dubbelsäng plus ytterligare ett badrum. Framför huset finns ett stort trädgårdsområde för lek, grill och avkoppling. Stranden ligger direkt framför huset.
Liakada har trådlöst internet och satellit-TV.
Vid din ankomst hittar du som present av oss lite god mat och frukt för en trevlig frukost och lite hemlagad olivolja, Tsikoudia (Raki) och vin.

A wonderfully peaceful Villa

The villa is exactly as listed, 40 m from the ocean wonderfully quiet location with some Taverna’s five or six minutes away in the hills, also 2 on the beach within walking distance, Eleni was very helpful and friendly

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour!

Belle grande maison de 3 chambres dont une avec un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Très propre et bien équipée. Lits confortables. Belle cour avec piscine. Mer à deux pas. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil de la part d’Eleni! Dans la villa nous attendaient plusieurs denrées et marques de bienvenue : bouteille d’huile d’olive maison, Raki, fruits, café, fromage, pain, vin, etc!!! C’est assez exceptionnel! La villa est un bon point de départ pour découvrir plusieurs attraits de la région.Nous la recommanderons à nos amis a coup sûr!

Late Summer Holiday

What a fabulous villa and Eleni especially was the perfect host. The Villa was well equipped, super clean and we felt very comfortable. We had a very minor plumbing issue during the stay, Eleni responded to this in 10 mins and all was fixed - great service from a host. Taverna at camping site just 5 mins from the villa excellent as well, we will be back Thank you Eleni for our lovely gifts at the end of our stay, those little touches are very much appreciated and add to the memories.

Super place to base yourself and take trips out

Just what we needed as a family group. Went out to the water park and many different restaurants recommended by locals. The beach is 1 minute away and great to snorkel in.

Fantastic week

We had a wonderful week at Villa Eleni. As everyone else has said Eleni was very helpful and friendly. The villa was great with one bedroom with en suite downstairs for anyone unable to manage stairs. We were a family group ranging from 9 to 81 in age and it worked for all of us. The boys enjoyed the pool if it was too windy for the sea, which is so close and very warm. We were all sorry to leave after our week’s stay. The sea is so close and so warm! Great villa and location

I stayed with my husband, mother and two teens for 10 days. On arrival we had a lovely welcome package of essential. We had a lovely welcome from Eleni and she was on hand for any questions. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated, the swimming pool was clean and great fun for the kids. The beach is lovely and quiet, see through waters that ranged between 27 and 29 degrees. I highly recommend that you visit and I will be sure to come back!

Fantastic Villa

Very comfortable and clean villa. Icing on the cake was the private pool. Very close to beach and a couple of taverns within walking distance. Eleni was the perfect host and provided some groceries on arrival so we didn't need to rush out to shop. We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to return soon. Thank you Eleni for a wonderful stay!

We spent a nice week in Lakadia villa. The host is very welcoming and the opportunities of excursions are various and many. The house is confortable and pool very pleasant. We highly recommend this place. Thanks.

Lovely modern and clean villa

We were looking for a villa in a quiet location for a week of complete relaxation. We got exactly that. Most of the time the only noise you will hear are the waves and the cicadas. Eleni was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to any queries. She also left a lovely assortment of food so we didn’t have to go searching for breakfast material after our day of travel. We ate at the camp site taverna which was good but our favourite two restaurants were a 10 min walk along the beach at Norpigia - Porfina and Taverna Sargos - both were excellent. We have a great week.

Villa Liakada - June Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful two week stay in Villa Liakada, Drapanias, a sleepy resort ideal for relaxing. Eleni and her husband were perfect hosts and provided a welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated and also gave us gifts when we left. Eleni kindly picked us up and returned us to the pick up points for the coach travel back to the airport.The villa is beautifully presented and is perfectly located with the sea just 30 feet or so away. The pool area is superb and very relaxing. There are 3 tavernas within walking distance and also a small mini market. Kissamos is a charming little town with lovely restaurants on the sea front and is approx 5 kms away and easily reached by taxi for 10 Euros. We would certainly recommend a stay in Villa Liakada.

Family holiday

The perfect relaxing break

Eleni is an amazing host - really attentive and provided a warm welcome. The property was perfect for our family. It is situated in a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle. You need a car but with a car everything is accessible - excellent tavernas, beautiful beaches and local amenities. We will be booking again.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben das haus zusammen mit Freubden gemietet. Alles ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Nur die umgebenden Gebäude sind nicht so schön, aber dafür ist der Meerblick von den Balkonen fantastisch! Eleni ist eine super Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit Olivenöl und Raki empfangen und auch der Kühlschrank war mit Basics für ein erstes Essen gefüllt. Außerdem reagiert sie super schnell auf Fragen und hat uns sogar Hilfe organisiert, als unser Auto nicht ansprang. Das Haus ist ganz gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Der Pool ist super und der kleine Stein-Strand ist wirklich nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Insgesamt ein tolles Angebot!

Tolle Lage, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, top Sauberkeit

Wir habe sie Villa super sauber vorgefunden. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und haben direkt ein paar Lebensmittel für den Start geschenkt bekommen. Eleni stand uns immer als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung und hat auch während unseres Aufenthalts die Handtücher getauscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und von der Villa aus viele Ausflüge unternommen.

Lovely villa

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony was stunning and we were made to feel very welcome with gifts of olive oil and wine and enough food for breakfast the day after we arrived. It's a great location for visiting lots of lovely places and the taverna at the campsite serves amazing food. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more.
