This magnificent apartment comprises: access to the 6th floor by elevator, entrance to the apartment directly to the fully-renovated living room with extendable dining table, comfortable sofa with folding table, 50" flat-screen Smart TV with an extendable arm to watch TV from the dining area sofa or from the furnished terrace. Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook and quality appliances such as fridge, hob, dishwasher ... you will find everything you need to cook in this kitchen. Access to the north facing terrace directly from the living room and furnished to enjoy your lunch or breakfast outdoors, very comfortable being next to the kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe with great capacity to accommodate your belongings and with access to the second east-facing terrace. Full bathroom with shower. Second bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and access to the east-facing terrace. The second east-facing terrace is furnished with sofas to relax.
