Hosting five bedrooms, including a king-size, super-king-size double with en-suite shower, a king-size double with en-suite shower, and two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room and a games room. To the outside is an enclosed garden patio with furniture and hot tub, along with off-road parking for five cars. Devon House is a lovely escape for families looking to explore Devon.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine (with Tassimo Pods). Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
