Summary:
We are delighted to offer our Africana apartment, comprising of an open plan living space, 2 king-size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stylish apartment is located in a converted mill in the Ancoats/Northern Quarter area of Manchester City Centre. The unique design is African inspired, with furniture from Northern and Eastern Africa. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, AEG oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 6-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar with 4 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains and spacious wardrobes. The master bedroom has a separated walk-in-style wardrobe.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom features a bath tub, whereas the master bedroom en-suite features a walk-in shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features a comfortable Sudanese daybed sofa and accompanying armchairs from Dabango. Nestled neatly behind a 4 panel carved wooden Indian screen partition is a wooden writing desk overlooking views into the Northern Quarter.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre on the border of Northern Quarter and Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park ‘CitiPark’ adjacent to the development - charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.
