An industrial space turned into a digital nomadâs paradise!
Split in 3 open space levels, with a ceiling as high as 10m , this urban space fills all your requirements
A 200 Mb fibre internet connection satisfies every digital need.
The b/w color palette enriched with splashes of orange keeps you calm yet energised.
On the ground level there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
On the middle level an office space offers privacy and overlooks the house.
On the top level a bathroom and a bedroom with the double bed nested by the window next to a beautiful tree, brings calmness.
Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal.

There are lots of great restaurants and coffee bars within a few minutes walk and on Saturdays there is a food market that takes place nearby. The apartment is situated in the middle of everything in a neighborhood full of life! Ideal for every type of guest!
Agions Nikolaos tube station is a 10 minute walk, hop on the train and after one stop you will be ready to explore the historical center of Athens.
Visit acropolis and Acropolis museum, shop at monastiraki, have a coffee at plaka, walk at Dionysiou Areopagitou, a splendid road at the feet of the Acropolis. The choices are endless!
There are also many bus stations close to the apartment, with buses running 24/7 transporting you to every single spot in the city.
The house has its own private entrance from the street.
Please note that there is a charge of âŹ15 for a late check in between 9:00 pm-09:00 am, which is paid in cash upon arrival.
We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of âŹ25 payable via paypal before your arrival.

A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ÎÎÎ, the property management company that is running this property.
Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a âfriend to a strangerâ and is synonymous to hospitality.

In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.
