Nestled on a hillside is this perfectly cosy retreat where you can unwind in pure nature and the company of your loved ones. In addition to offering a delightful shared outdoor pool and garden, the holiday apartment features sun loungers, alfresco dining and a BBQ that add to the overall holiday atmosphere here. Inside, the house has the simplicity of a country home and the comforts of modern living. There is air-conditioning, an HDTV, free Wi-Fi, fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge and coffee machine for a carefree holiday.

The apartmentâs location is also very strategic as it allows guests to easily reach the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan coast or Punta Ala and also the renaissance landscape and beauty of the Val dâ Orcia in just an hourâs drive. Meanwhile, amongst the various hamlets and attractions of the Maremma region, which are within an 20-30 minutes drive from here, guests can check out the beautiful mediaeval village Montepescali, the archaeological park of Grosseto as well as the Castello of Sassoforte, among others.
There are restaurants at a 20-minutes walk or 5-minutes drive away for days when guests would like to eat out. The nearest international airport is Florence Airport, approximately 1 hour 35 minutes from here. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
