A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.  
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.25 € / kw.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).
