Rymlig 2 sovrum / 2 badrum 3: e våningen lägenhet i havet byggnad i Windy Hill delen av North Myrtle Beach. 3: e våningen balkong (översta våningen) erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet. Ocean Pier Jag har också ett stort solterrass och vacker oceanfront pool med många solstolar. Parkering finns för upp till 2 bilar per enhet.

Lokala attraktioner inkluderar restaurang rad, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot landning, House of Blues, vatten parker, Sea Aquarium, Alabama Theatre och allt som Myrtle och North Myrtle har att erbjuda. Nathan's hotdogs, Scoops Ice Cream Shop och Corner Store ligger tvärs över gatan.

Vår lägenhet har ett välutrustat kök med fullstor rostfria vitvaror. Enheten har nyligen renoverats med ny luftkonditionering, golv, fåfänga, möbler och inredning. Vardagsrummet har en full bäddsoffa, plattskärms-smart TV och DVD-spelare. Kabel-service och gratis wi-om ingår. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och eget badrum. Det andra badrummet har 2 enkelsängar och har också en plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare. Enheten har även en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

Vår enhet sitter vid sidan av en direkt havsbyggnad. Balkong erbjuder direkt obegränsad havsutsikt som framgår av bilderna. Enheten ligger på 3: e våningen och byggnaden har ingen hiss. Vi hyr ut till ansvariga vuxna endast 25 år och äldre. Den 25 eller äldre hyresgästen måste vara på plats under vistelsen. Inga undantag. Motorcyklar och husdjur är inte tillåtna på fastigheten.

Great Host and Direct Beach Access

Holly was super responsive and the unit was clean. Beds were comfortable and the condo was as depicted. The building is older and the condo seemed a bit damp even with AC running. (Ex dresser drawers had a mildew-y odor) Maybe a dehumidifier would help v the many air fresheners found throughout the place. A positive to climbing 3 flights of stairs is maybe may have burning a couple of extra calories after eating dinners out! A walks. Lol

Great property on the beach

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The building is in a great location with a beautiful deep beachfront. The unit and property are a bit older, however it was very well equipped, the furniture was very nice, king size bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked, there were some beach chairs and an umbrella that had been left in a closet which we used. The owner was very good with communication as well. The pool was crystal clear and well kept. We loved having a digital keypad to make check in a breeze and it was great not having to carry around keys. We enjoyed sitting in the big rocking chairs on the balcony and Overlooking the beach. The unit was quiet. We did not hear any neighbors at all while we were in the unit. Overall we give this place 5 stars! My teenage kids and I loved being there. I was worried about the stairs being in the 3rd floor, but I. Knew that when I booked the place and it wasn’t really an issue at all. I felt the cost was very reasonable for the location.

Incredible location and beautiful view

This location was perfect, right on the beach with a convience store across the street and a great little resturant with excellent breakfast and lunch foods. Close enough to all the other things to do besides the beach too. Holly was excellent at checking in and quickly answering any questions i had and was super attentive. There were also beach chairs, toys and games for us at the condo. Absolutely loved the porch looking out to the ocean, we had a wonderful stay.

An ok experience

Pros -very close access to the beach -nice location -good view for a side view -affordable -surface clean -a couple chairs and beach toys provided -pool was clean Cons -the mattress on the sleeper is basically just metal. We had to get an air mattress and we are not picky. Not even a small child would be comfy so the listing should say sleeps 4 not 6. -other guests seen smoking weed, the smell was pretty bad throughout the complex. This was multiple other guests, not just 1. -A/C units very old -everything was stripped down. We were warned about the soap and paper products, but it felt like there is very little effort into making this place feel like your home for the week. Bare minimum stuff. Not even hand washing soap. -ice maker broken -linens very scratchy, towels had holes in them -funky smell -pool is small Overall, it worked for what we needed. But if you’re looking for a place with the extra comforts and hospitality this is unfortunately not it.

Beautiful and Quaint

Condo exactly as described. Very homey and clean. The food spot across the street is now a burger/bagel shop. Beach views were amazing. My boys loved it and thought it was the perfect Spring break destination.

Great location

The condo was exactly as described and stocked very well in the kitchen. The location was fantastic and the veiw was great! Upon arrival, our condo was obviously not cleaned, beds disarray and pile of towels on floor. Miscommunication with the cleaning staff. Holly was easy to contact and the condo was cleaned. Smelled great and was fresh! The dryer didn't work in the unit. Had to go down/up 4 flights of stairs daily to use dryer. Holly compensated us for that. The condo could use some maintenance in a few areas such as brighter lightbulbs in kitchen and dining, (very dark,) or add inexpensive lights under the top cabinets . Darking blinds would be a plus in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again! Holly was easy to work with!

We were in town for a dance competition that was being held at the Hilton.

The location was convenient & the whole trip was quiet in this complex, which was a bonus after spending the day at a dance competition. The unit had everything we needed & was clean. Short access to the beach & sometimes we had the pool all to ourselves! Would recommend this unit/location!

Family Vacation

Condo was EXACTLY as described in the listing. Kitchen had everything you could need to fix a meal. Clean. More bath towels than expected. Communication with Holly was top notch. Location was great! All in all, as my 9 year old says, it was a 1,000 out of 10!

Overall we had a great time and condo was great, the only negative would be no elevator for complex. But we knew that when we rented, just didn't realize how many steps it took to go up 3 floors. Lol

Last minute booking

Due to hurricane Ian, our initial reservation at a different location was canceled at the last minute. So the day before leaving, we were able to find this nice ocean view condo! Holly was great to deal with and very responsive. We have a great girls trip to Windy Hill!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very clean and also had a washer and dryer for us to use. Lots of dishes available and very comfy beds. Amazing view as well! Definitely would love to come back!

Amazing Beachfront View

Very comfortable and cute and had everything we needed. Most importantly, the balcony had the most amazing beach view. Last but not least, Holly was great at checking in and making sure we were taken care of.

Windy Hill

We had a great week at Windy Hill. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The only negative was that there was no elevator and being on the fourth floor made it difficult for us since we are in our mid 70’s.

Golf trip to Myrtle Beach

It was perfect for what we needed it for… We came down to play golf and celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. Our friends also rented a condo in the same complex so it was nice to be close to each other
