Rymlig dubbelsäng lägenhet (51. 3 m2) i kentish town. 5 minuter från tunnelbanestationen, tyst väg utanför high street. 10 minuter från Camden Town. Högt i tak, stort vardagsrum och sovrum, alla moderna bekvämligheter, separat kök. Bad dusch.

Grannskapet

Att bo i Kentish Town kan du leva en underbar lokal livsstil och vara också i centrala London på 10-15 minuter. Kentish Town är en unik och udda plats, helt lugn med sig själv. Jag kommer att ge en djup PDF av alla de bästa sakerna att se och göra om du frågar om bokning. Nedan följer några höjdpunkter. Caversham Road är en lugn gata strax utanför high street och 7-10 min promenad från 3 stora transport nav, rör, tunnelbana och national järnväg. Kentish Town har otroliga och kritikerrosade restauranger, Pizza East, Chicken Shop, Dirty Burger (Shoreditch Houses triple venture north), fantastiska gastropubs, The Abbey, The Oxford. Artisan Kaffehus (Arancini, Fields Below) och lysande pubar. Levande musik är på forumet och olika pubar. Supermarket klokt vi har en Sainsburys lokal och Co-Op, Tesco Express och frukt och grönt bås. Pret En Manger och Costa Coffee är också precis bredvid (email hidden) ere är en stor Sainsburys 10 minuter bort i Camden samt Marks and Spencers.

Att komma runt

Flat 2, 49 Caversham Road är perfekt placerad för transport. Kentish Town tunnelbanestation (norra linjen) ligger 7 minuters promenad bort. Den här stationen har även Thameslink-tåg (4 minuter från St Pancras till Eurostar-resenärer) och kör en stopptjänst till både Luton & Gatwick Airport (lite långsammare än expresståg, men billigare och får dig direkt till kentish town)
Kentish Town West Overground Station ligger 10 minuters promenad bort och förbinder dig med alla stationer på det nyligen utökade tunnelbanan.
Det finns en busshållplats vid slutet av min väg, bussar alla tjänar Camden och sedan olika centrala London destinationer. 134 och 214 är båda nattbussar och N20 serverar också Kentish Town.

Fantastic Stay

Overall the flat was very tidy and in a great area with respect to getting around to other parts of the city. Stan was an excellent host and very accommodating. No issues at all, it was a fantastic stay!

Great place to stay in London

London's public transit system makes it easy to stay anywhere in the city. This apartment is convenient to the light rail in a quiet neighborhood with an incredible restaurant (the Lion and Unicorn) right around the corner. Stan, our host, met us at check in and was responsive to all our questions. The bed was super comfortable, too. Well equipped kitchen with whatever you need should you decide to cook. All around great stay!

Homely vibe and a very helpful host

The apartment is conveniently located, just a couple of minutes walk to the Tube station, Kentish Town on the northern line. It's close to a lot of shops, but far enough to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need, clean towels, toiletries and such. It was a very pleasant stay and Stan was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be returning here at our next visit.

Perfect Stay!

Stan’s house was absolutely perfect for my stay on Camden. It was such a pleasure staying in such a vibrant part of town. Everything is basically outside your doorstep. Restaurants, bars, various supermarkets and various needs for your stay. Also Stan gave amazing recommendations around town for my stay in London! I completely recommend staying in this lovely apartment with this incredible host! Thank You so much Stan. :-)

Great Kentish Town Flat!

Stan’s place in Kentish Town is the perfect location to experience London. His place is well furnished, has many amenities you won’t find at a hotel, and is in a great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, betting shops, pubs…all within an easy walk. Stan’s communication was impressive; he’s literally the most responsive European I’ve ever texted with, and that’s no exaggeration. Thanks for the awesome place and awesome time!!

Great location

As both of us were sick it was hard to feel good about anything, but the flat was in a great location, and the walk to the underground a breeze. Very vibrant area, with lots of shops and eateries. Easy to get into London itself, and we enjoyed our stay. I will say though, that Stan needs to do something about the bed. He knows what I mean I think!!

Felt like home

The flat was just as described, even better. The place is a perfect 1 bedroom flat in a nice quiet neighborhood that makes it feel like a home away from home. Transit is a short walk away to connect you to everything. Lots of local shops and pubs are nearby. The host (Stan) was amazing. He works with each of his guests to make their stay as perfect as possible. He was able to accommodate my early arrival and made sure to explain everything to me when I arrived. He was always available to contact if needed (as I did) to answer any questions. I will be recommending this place to anyone that I know travelling to London. I stayed for a week and it was the perfect place for that length of time. A nice a relaxing home base for your adventures.

Brilliant

Stan's place feels like our own little London home - clean, bright. cozy. Stan made us feel so comfortable and the check in process was very clear. The location makes it easy to pop around London with lots of shops around. We loved Kentish Town - loads of small independent restaurants with loads of cuisine options. At the same time, Stan's kitchen is perfect for preparing home cooking. We slept very comfortably in the bed. 10/10 would definitely stay again - thank you so much!

Great property with wonderful property manager

We stayed at Stan's lovely flat for 3 weeks over Christmas 2022. Stan was really friendly and accommodating at the check in, carefully explaining all operational details and welcoming us with flowers and chocolates. The flat itself is quiet, bright, warm and airy, and really conveniently located for us to see our nearby family and for shopping trips into central London. Nice flat in North London

My husband and I had a great stay in this comfortable Kentish Town flat. The location was perfect, next to the tube station with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Stan is an excellent host and we hope to stay here again on future visits.

Stan gave us a great welcome and rundown of local restaurants/pubs in Kentish Town! We were thrilled with the location so close to Central London (but without the huge accommodation costs!) It was just like home from home.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed in this flat for 6 weeks. It was perfect for us for a long stay. The tube line a couple blocks away connects to nearly everywhere you want to go. The overground thameslink also stops here which was so convenient. The direct surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The living space is a really good size for London. One note is that there isn't a lot of storage space because the host has a lot of things and clutter in the cabinets and corners and behind furniture. Broken can openers and expired cookies and tea from 2017 still on shelves for example. That is really the only negative. We still loved our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Host was very responsive to questions, very accommodating, and gave us a lot of good recommendations and tips.

Excellent accommodation in a brilliant location ❤️

We booked a 2 night break which included a concert at the O2 forum , we chose this apartment due to its proximity to the O2 forum and because we love the vibrant area of Kentish Town. Communication from Stan was excellent from booking to arranging our arrival. The flat is a real home from home, warm and welcoming, Stan even left us breakfast ! The bed and pillows were fab .. memory foam and great quality, uncomfortable beds and poor pillows are a bugbear of mine but these were excellent and we slept really well. The location of the flat is so quiet whilst being a short stroll from the high street. So many bars and restaurants on your doorstep and for those who want to wander a bit further Hampstead Heath and Highgate but easily accessible. We can’t wait to book again but for a little longer next time ! Thank you Stan for your hospitality !
