The ample terrace invites you to relax and enjoy unforgettable outdoor moments while admiring the sea with the dining table and chairs and lounge chairs and table. The terrace is fitted with 2 large electric awnings and a top awning.
This bright apartment, sleeping maximum 6 persons, has 120 mÂČ and a 20 mÂČ sunny terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with one ensuite), a separate guests toilet, a spacious modern and cosy living room (with sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen and a parking place in the underground garage.
- Master bedroom: brand new queen size bed 160 x 200 cm with ensuite bathroom
- Guests bedroom: two twin size beds 90 x 200 cm
- Living room: very comfortable sofa bed 140 x 200 cm
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, hot air oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the Summer and hot air heating in the winter. Both bedrooms have an electric awning with remote control.
Free Wi-Fi + International TV Channels
We provide linens and towels.

The urbanisation is kids friendly with a gated swimming pool and a separate toddler's pool, a playground, green areas and practically no traffic.
The main pool area is fitted with showers and toilets; both pools areas are surrounded by lovely exotic gardens and equipped with sunbeds and sunshades.
The urbanisation offers the most discerning client a haven of peace, privacy and comfort, yet only 3 minutes away from the nearest restaurant Hacienda Monte Marina and riding club, at a 6 minute-drive from the nearest beach & golf courses and 10 minutes away from restaurants, shops, more sandy beaches, nightlife, pharmacies, major banks and the heart of lively and cosmopolitan Marbella.
