1986 Cabin Style hem nyligen ombyggd med en härlig uppdaterad master bedroom suite läggs på bottenvåningen. Kök helt modernt och välutrustade i detta ägarhem, uthyrd när du reser. Tre drottning sovrum med en bonus på en futon i korridoren och ett fönster sits säng under trappan för barn. 1500 kvadratmeter bor stora med öppen planlösning modern stil kök / matsal / vardagsrum och ny master svit alla på bottenvåningen (plus badrum / tvätt). Nära cirkeln Tio nära norra butiken, norra golfbana, två miles från byn köpcentrum skridskoåkning, restauranger och affärer) och SHARC Recreation Center. Mt Bachelor skidåkning 30-45 minuter bort. Två vuxna cyklar tillhandahålls.

Excellent place to stay

This is the best house we stay for last 7 years of Sunriver vacation. The house was very cozy and has everything you need for nice vacation. The owners was very nice and helpful. We book this house for the next year already :)

Great place. You should seriously consider moving the king bed down to the master bedroom. If you have a king bed it should be in the master. You could also note the sleeping nook under the stairs. You could write that into the description of the place in a fun creative ways for a child sleeping location.

Wonderful Rental

Very nicely kept up house with a well stocked kitchen. Loved having a hot tub for relaxing in the evenings. Easy to get on the bike path and go all around. It has a relaxing backyard with table and chairs, we played lots of games!

Beautiful art work in this cabin. It is nicely decorated. The upstairs bedroom has a closet full of child friendly toys. In the living room, there are many family friendly games and puzzles. My only negative is the master bedroom has a uncomfortable mattress.

Even better than expected

We wanted to get away for Thanksgiving, and this cabin was perfect! There is plenty of space plus it has a well equipped kitchen. We spent three days “in” and enjoyed every minute. The property is clean and has everything you might need to enjoy your stay. If we’re ever back in Sunriver, we will be booking again!

Great house. Great owners. Easy to work with.

We had a fantastic stay at 24 Filbert. Renovated Master Bedroom and kitchen are make this a pretty good value. I would stay here again. My only criticism is the upstairs mattresses are getting long in the tooth and could use replacing. Master bedroom has a nice mattress.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This property is lovely and perfect. We were a group of 2 adults 3 teens and one 10 year old. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the younger girls loved the little nooks to sleep in. Beautiful master bedroom and large completely outfitted and stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Our four night Christmas getaway was perfect!

The house was centrally located to several outdoor activities that I took advantage of. It is located within sunriver community so it’s close to all sunriver activities. House was well equipped with everything I needed during my stay. Homeowner was easy to deal with. Good communication for check in. Easy to access property.

Well appointed!

We had a great stay here! The house was very comfortable, great, flexible living and sleeping spaces, fantastic kitchen, and equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your vacation successful. AC made it nice and comfy during hot periods in the day, and since this is on the North side of Sunriver we found it I be a lot quieter than homes we’ve stayed at closer to SHARC and the Village. The owner was very communicative and accommodating, and the property was clean and in tip top shape. I highly recommend staying here!

Thanksgiving

I was fortunate to have my son and his girlfriend join me for Thanksgiving which is my favorite holiday of the year. The house was perfect in every way! The kitchen was big, beautiful and well stocked. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas were all wonderful. Check out instructions were minimal. I couldn’t recommend this house more. Absolutely perfect!

Cozy and well maintained

We really liked this place. It was very cozy and perfect for our family. It was very clean and well maintained and it had all the amenities we needed. The only reason why this place didn’t get 5 stars is because there was no place to put our things. There was no closet space or drawers in the downstairs bedroom, so we ended up using our bags as a closet. Overal, the place is great and we would love to come back.

Home in the Pines of Sunriver

What a lovely place Sunriver is. This is our 4th visit and we love everything about it - especially all the paved bikepaths. This home is our favourite so far. A nice sized, private patio with a hot tub, a lovely welcoming well-kept & CLEAN home with great mattresses. The kitchen is a joy to cook in and has every possible item you may need. And at night the millions of stars are quite the sight to see. There is a full size washer/dryer and everything for a quality stay is included - bring your bikes and bathing suits and enjoy this lovely home in the pines.

Cozy Home With a Great Location

Cute, funky little house with attached shed / carport. Looks recently remodeled. We especially enjoyed the annual flowers in pots, as well as watercolor artwork by the owner. The reasonable price compensated for lack of SHARC passes. Complimentary passes to the Nature Center were available. Even though the property is situated on a busy street and bike path, the lattice fencing gave us privacy. Little stuffed animals, cubbyholes for hiding in, and a plethora of games lend itself well to families. The configuration is ideal for two families, as the two bedrooms upstairs shared a full bath. Firm mattresses; one bedroom upstairs has been upgraded to a king. The only TV was in the family room. (The SMART TV was sometimes smarter than we were!) Well equipped kitchen. The A/C was wonderful! We particularly liked that the property was located on the lowlands without hills. Very responsive owner to our needs.

Great place awful house keeper

Very nice place and excellent location. The only complaint was the checkout. Our checkout was at 11 am and at 10 am we got a knock on the door and house keeper was there asking if we were there..hmm clearly we are since our jeep was in the driveway. We explained to her that we were not going to be gone until 11 am. She then sat in her truck and 3 more times before 11 knocked saying she needed to clean..she made the end of our trip awful since we felt pressured and stressed. We ended up getting out of there at 11:17. We have never experienced such a awful checkout! The only other complaint was finding clean plates most of them were dirty maybe dish washer bad?

A Quiet Place To Relax, Recharge And Unwind

My husband and I have been fortunate enough to stay in this home twice. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with everything you could want as an outdoor enthusiast. The house is clean and nicely kept. There are two bedroom’s upstairs, one with a king size bed and one with a queen. My husband and I slept in the king bed. It was comfortable. We were there to experience the fall colors and Oregon did not disappoint. We road our bikes to Benham Falls and it was so pretty. We walked daily as the walking path is in front of the house. We also visited from mid September to mid October. Lots of hiking that connects from the home. The owner is responsive and we hope to return next year. There is so much to explore in Oregon. There are two small stores near and grocery stores about a twenty minute drive. I cooked most meals at home. There are several local restaurants. Make sure you have breakfast at Sintra. Yummo!
