Great property right on the water Condo is only 4 stories but perfect when you don’t want to fight the crowd Beach service here is top notch!!

Beach stay

Perfect beach location; unit was nice but poorly stocked. Would still go back just bring all necessities including salt!

Great location!

Had everything we needed. The location could not be better. Not a fan of the u shape beach service set up though. Our chairs were never beach front but nearest the pool. We moved them to beach edge where they should be.

First timers to this condo

Checking in and out was easy. The condo was very hot when thermostat was set at the requested 72 degrees. Love the location and this smaller condo means the beach isn’t as crowded in summer. Condo could use a little updating and it needs a good deep clean.

Needs an update!

We loved the location and that it was a smaller building. The beach wasn’t jam packed with people and the included beach chairs and umbrella were definitely a plus. The rental needs a good update. Looks like they did some updates but there are definitely signs of wear in it. The floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes at all times or our feet would be black! We even mopped it and they were still dirty. Overall we had a nice stay but I wouldn’t rent this condo again.

Great Views/Location

The condo had a beautiful view of the gulf, a spacious balcony, and was larger than expected. The kitchen was updated and fully stocked with needed utensils and appliances. We had plenty of clean towels and linens upon arrival. The first day our wifi was not working and the master sink had some issues. We emailed the property and the problems were fixed the very next morning. We were very impressed with the customer service! The only issue we had beyond that was regarding cleanliness. There were quite a few stains on the bedding, couch, walls, and pillows. Some we cleaned ourselves and others we preferred to avoid entirely. They may have been old and not something that could be fixed. In that case, I'd suggest replacement. In their absence, the condo is ideal!
