Centralt läge, lugnt grannskap och helt enkelt kul! Ligger mellan BYU & UVU bredvid University Place Mall. Perfekt för att besöka dina studenter, sportläger / EFY, utbildningsveckan, skidåkning ...

Detta är källaren i ett hem i ett lugnt, centralt glömma hur nära du är till allt du kom till Utah Valley. Gå till University Place / Costco för shopping, restauranger, en park och filmer. BYU- och UVU-evenemang är bara 5 till 10 minuter med bil. (Det finns en privat grind från grannskapet till köpcentret).

I det första sovrummet är en queen size-säng och i det andra sovrummet är en uppsättning av våningssängar med en full storlek madrass som drar ut för att sova fem bekvämt i sovrummen. Köket är i full storlek och innehåller allt du behöver när du tröttnar på restaurangmat: ugn i full storlek, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer, crockpot, elektrisk stekpanna. Köksredskap, tallrikar och tallrikar tillhandahålls också.

Vi tvivlar på att du vill spendera mycket tid på att titta på TV men när du gör det finns en 40 "TV och en DVD-spelare. TV: n inkluderar Roku som ger dig tillgång till dina Netflix, Hulu och andra konton. Snabb wifi finns också.

Du har off-street, avsedd parkering för lägenheten. Ingången är på höger sida när du vetter mot hemmet. Parkera inte framför grannens hem, njut av ditt privata utrymme utanför gatan. Det finns också en inhägnad trädgård med en skiffer sten uteplats och gott om gräs. Gästerna är välkomna att njuta av trädgården.

Även om grannskapet ligger bredvid University Place Mall, finns det ingen fordonsåtkomst från grannskapet till köpcentret så det finns begränsad trafik och buller. En gångväg till köpcentret gör promenader snabbt och säkert.

Utah Transit Authority's Mt. Timpanogas Transit Center är bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd till köpcentret. Från transitcentret kan en buss tas till Orem Front Runner-stationen till Salt Lake City. Under skidsäsongen stannar också buss till Sundance vid transitcentret.

Terrific place to stay!

This was an extended stay for us and it was terrific!! Highly recommend staying here. We hope to rent from them again. There was not one thing we needed during our extended stay that wasn’t already available. We cooked multiple meals, including barbecued. Everything was as advertised and better than expected! The owner was great to communicate with and super responsive. Location was great and easy access to everything you might need. This is a true gem in Orem!

Wow! This place was perfect for our family.

My wife was a little nervous when I told her it was a basement apartment, but wow were we surprised! This place is immaculate! The inside is entirely renovated and beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and the Mickey Mouse diner themed kitchen was adorable. Price was very reasonable and we were very happy. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to Provo /Orem.

Great place!

We loved this property! Perfect basement suite for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved not all being crammed into one room. We could not have asked for a better location. Everything was close! Communication with host was easy, check in was a breeze. We were grateful for off road parking. Quite neighbourhood, and cozy little suite. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies we need and the bathroom had toiletries for our short stay. We will definitely book this place again!!

Great space for me and my teens and adult children

It was a really cute basement apartment that had plenty of nice beds and an extra mattress for all 5 of us. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked and even had extra stuff you don't get at a resort condo! The neighborhood was convenient for getting to places both North and South in the valley. SO much better than a hotel and less expensive too (especially for 5 of us!).

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, house was clean and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location for restaurants, shopping and BYU. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Felt like part of the family

This was a nice little place to stay while attending an event at BYU. The location was convenient. I liked the extra little touches where they had framed original blueprints on the wall from when the house was built, along with some history of the home and people who have lived there. There were plenty of beds to sleep 5, plus 1 or 2 more on the couch / love seat. The only negatives for me were only having one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the other positives outweighed those. I will likely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Great location, clean & easy!

Great selection of small kitchen appliances to meet our needs and more. Washer & Dryer as well. Stocked with generous supplies for a short stay or to get you well on your way with a long stay (paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner). We always appreciate VRBO rentals that allow the accumulation of basic spices, etc from past guests, which seemed to be the case at this location. No ziplock bags, foil, etc which is not a complaint just an observation for future guests. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful place, perfect location

This was the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. We enjoyed ourselves so much the first time, we knew we wanted to come back. The unit is very clean, has amazingly comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. The owners are very thoughtful and have really thought of everything to ensure you will have a pleasant experience. Communication with them was excellent. You are close to BYU and UVU campuses, as well as shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores. Even though you are close to everything, the street is very quiet and we were able to really relax here. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We will be back again :)

We're lucky enough to live in sunny Mesa, Arizona where we have almost raised 7 children (still working on the last 2). We love to travel and lived overseas in Singapore for two years. Our most enjoyable travel experiences are usually with locals so with 5 of our children out of the house, we now make our studio apartment in Mesa available for other travelers. Most of our children and grandchildren are in Utah so we have a home there that we make available for travelers when we aren't visiting. We hope you enjoy!

You couldn't be closer to every amenity and food type you could want.

The mall offers a Trader Joe's on property that is within walking distance and a myriad of great restaurants....Midici is one of our favorite and just across the parking lot is Texas Roadhouse and others.
