There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. The property enjoys sea views and is nearby to all amenities. 1 Bruces Wynd makes a perfect couple's retreat by the sea in Fife.

Note: The property is accessed via a small set of stone steps and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Catch sight of the fishing boasts returning in the early morning, visit the St Fillan's Cave in the cliff face beneath the priory, and venture over to Balcaskie House and Kellie Castle, two fascinating historical buildings.
