The apartment has capacity for up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 180m2.
LIVING AREA + KITCHEN: large open area with huge windows that encompasses the two rooms, separated by the decoration itself. Spacious, spacious and very bright environment that radiates well-being. It has a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed if necessary and a 65 'SmartTV with NETFLIX and DISNEY +.
REST AREA: 2 independent bedrooms with bathroom en suite each. The main one with a double bed and dressing room, and the second with a trundle bed for two people.
PORCH AND GARDEN: beautiful 75m2 porch and garden with grass and natural plants, freshness and beauty to enjoy. Sea view and direct access to the common areas through the garden, equipped with an outdoor dining area, armchairs and sun loungers. You can have breakfast in the garden to receive the day or watch the sunset comfortably with unbeatable views. No elevator or stairs, from the garden to the pool and from there to the beach. Perfect to rest.
