Bellissima piscina

La casa è perfetta per 12 persone (3 matrimoniali e 3 doppie). Abbiamo apprezzato veramente molto la piscina ed il pergolato vicino in cui mangiare tutti insieme, l’ombra fresca degli alberi. Peccato che non si poteva usare il barbecue all’aperto per rischio incendio per hè quello in cucina creava troppo caldo. Peccato anche per le tante e mosche (ma non dipendono da proprietario)

Superbe maison située dans un magnifique endroit avec vue à 360° et notamment vue mer. La maison est très bien équipée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Raul et les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Maison idéale entre amis mais également en famille (piscine complètement sécurisée)

Belle maison au calme et piscine avec vue

Maison de famille ancienne, très belle. Lits confortables, climatisation dans les chambres efficace, suffisamment d'espaces de rangement, serviettes de bain et de piscine changées en milieu de semaine, hôte très sympa et disponible. Après 600m de piste privée, quelques marches pour monter dans la maison. 6 chambres et 3 salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée.

Très bon séjours entre amis, notre hôte très sympa et très à l écoute une maison très jolis typique de la région avec tout les équipements ,un très bon points les serviettes sont fournis pour la toilette et une pour la piscine ou la plage et elles sont changer tout les 2 jours ,les drap sont aussi fournis et changés toute les semaines .Un plus pour nous la maison et très isolés on peut vraiment faire du bruit sans avoir à se soucier du voisinage du coup par contre un véhicule est obligatoire

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Elle est très spacieuse et L extérieur est sublime: pelouse, magnifique piscine, coin repas ombragé et salon très apprécié.L emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui aiment la tranquilité. Notre hôte Raul est tout simplement unique: à notre écoute, bienveillant. Nous avons fait la connaissance d une belle personne.

Great choice for a family Vacation, big house with garden and swimming pool.

The house is perfect for 12 people (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms +1 toilet), 2 floors house but very practical with 2 kitchens, 2 fridges, in case you want to have lunch/dinner inside or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.. The host made sure that everything was fine, replacement of towels and housekeeping service once, recommendations of places to visit, beaches..😊 If we are back in Menorca we will repeat for sure! The house is in a very silent area, very close to cala en turqueta. 🏖️ In the outside plenty of space for the kids to play football, Ping pong.. and the swimming pool was the highlight for them. 🏊‍♀️

Family Celebration

Fabulous setting in the middle of a nature reserve, close to several beautiful beaches. Very well equipped including two kitchens. The house enjoys a gentle breeze from the sea. Our host, Raul, was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The house is about a 20 minute drive from Ciutadella along a busy, narrow road and the last 1km is an unmade track so be prepared to do a bit of driving.

Casa muy limpia, con buena vista

La experiencia fue muy buena, el dueño muy simpático y servicial. La casa estaba incluso mejor que lo que esperábamos, sobre todo porque tenia una cocina abajo con una sala grande muy agradable los días menos soleados o con viento.

Incredible family villa in unique countryside setting

What a location, set in the remote nature reserve next to some of the best beaches in Minorca. The house is a 100 year old family home passed through the generations. So much space and not a single neighbour for miles and miles. We saw so much wildlife including tortoises and bats. The swimming pool is incredible and we still miss the amazing views from the house. Raul was so incredibly hard working and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to help us and ensure we had such a great holiday.

Lloc super tranquil i molt amables en tot

L'anfitrio es excelente t'aconsella i es nota que estima la finca excelente rebuda i molt bon conceller per el que necessitis. El lloc es molt tranquil i a 15 min de Ciutadella, es una típica masia de Menorca amb tots els serveis que necessites. Extremadament net. Hem passat uns dies fantastics!!!

Superbe séjour dans une maison magnifique

La maison est absolument sublime et la vue donne sur tout le sud de Minorque ! Maison très pratique avec tout le nécessaire pour les enfants, nous avons vécu un très bon moment. Accès au plage direct sans avoir à passer par les checkpoints. Raul, le propriétaire est exceptionnel ! Toujours présent pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux, tout en étant très discret. J’ai rarement eu un propriétaire aussi gentil et dévoué ! Un immense merci à lui !

Idyllic

The location is amazing: Panoramic views over the reserve, with lots of amazing wildlife (bats, birds, geckos, tortoises and an owl), good pool and outside shower with lots of seating. An inside and outside kitchen, well equipped, with lots of different areas to enjoy eating together. A great place to 'get away from it all' with some friends or family. Raul was a wonderful host. He met us in cuitadella to give us special permits to get into the reserve and guide us there. He showed us around and kept us informed when he was coming to change towels or do a mid stay clean. (We weren't expecting a clean mid stay, but it was appreciated!) The villa is lovely and traditional and big! It's not air conditioned but with the shutters set right and fans in every room, it wasn't too hot at night and a nice way to enjoy the climate. The local beaches in the reserve are amazing. They're a bit tricky to get into as the number of spaces are limited, but if you time it right, and with the permits that help a bit, you can easily get to what I reckon are the most beautiful beaches on the island (which has a lot of great beaches). The local supermarkets in cuitadella (20 mins) are good (we used diskont which also sold clothes etc. Which was useful as my bag never made it on the plane!) Whilst it looks like a bit of a drive from the airport, it's not a tricky drive. Everywhere on the island is no more than about an hour. Es Grau beach is worth a visit and is very shallow if you have small kids. La Mola (the fort) is also worth a visit-amazing place to explore-but recommend getting a golf cart! The wi-fi worked well - not super fast, but reliable. If you're after a big traditional place, away from civilisation (but not too far!), to relax with friends or family, this is perfect. We had a lovely holiday. Thanks Raul!

Views of a lifetime in the middle of the Menorca Nature Reserve

If you are looking for tranquility, the most spectacular views in Menorca and close proximity to Son Saura and Turqueta then this is it. In addition, Raul - the host - is the most attentive host I’ve experienced in my years of traveling. Highly recommended!

Très belle maison dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très belle maison ancienne avec beaucoup de charme et entourée d’une vue magnifique sur la campagne minorquine. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine! Le propriétaire Raul est d’une extrême gentillesse et d’une grande disponibilité et aide. La maison est très bien entretenue et très propre.

It was everything you can see in the photos and yet so much more. We loved the lack of neighbours, sunsets, late night swims under the stars and the stillness. The swimming pool is big, an outdoor kitchen takes away any stress of wet children coming into the house. No mosquitoes, fans in every room, lots of shade and shutters means that you can stay cool and yet enjoy the gorgeous sunshine. Raul is a wonderful host. I really recommend it.

très belle maison tout à fait isolée, bien équipée pour 12 personnes mais nécessitant des voitures. le gérant, RAUL, est charmant et très réactif aux demandes que l'on peut lui faire.
