This homely recently refurbished 3-bedroom detached house with a private garden is a 5-minute walk to the Historic Dockyard with its must-see Mary Rose exhibition and to Gunwharf Quays with its marina, designer shops and fabulous restaurants. If itâs the beach you want itâs a 10-15 stroll to southsea beach, this house is located in walking distance to Portsmouth university and Portsmouth Grammar school. Parking is available directly outside with visitor permits that must be ordered in advance & welcomes pets.

Originally from London I visited Southsea & Portsmouth in 2003 and loved it so much I decided to move here in 2004. My work experience was within fashion retail until I had an unplanned opportunity to holiday let a property of mine back in 2015 and have not looked back since, I love it, now running my own company Lair Share with a portfolio of properties from one to three bed. I love to travel having back packed in 2011 around southern Asia and Australia, experiencing from luxury accommodation to the most basic, from the best service to the worst so aim to meet and exceed expectations.

A fabulous location in easy reach of all the best that Portsmouth and Southsea have to offer. The historic dockyard, Mary Rose experience, Gunwharf Quays designer shopping, Spinnaker tower viewing platform to take in the stunning views of Hampshire and the super range of harbor side restaurants and coffee shops, you'll be spoilt for choice.
Easy to get to with great road links, a main line train station with routes to London, Brighton and Cardiff, National Express hub, and sea links to the Isle of Wight, Gosport, and further afield, for example France and Spain from its international ferry port.
