We offer for rent an apartment in the complex "Atalayas III" near Los Locos beach. The 85 m2 apartment consists of a salon, two bedrooms, an American kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the city and the sea. The apartment has everything you need for living and rest: furniture and household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish television, wireless Internet. The complex has its own green area with a swimming pool for adults and children. The sea and Los Locos beach are 200 meters away. In walking distance there is a supermarket "Consum", on the coast there are many bars and restaurants. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! Renting a baby cot and high chair costs 20 euros for the entire period of check-in. The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
