The property is located in a residential area, very close to the sea. Alcanada stands out as a quiet and family are ideal for an unforgettable family holiday or with friends. You have the sandy beach and rock next to the pine forest a few minutes walk, or if you prefer you can bathe in some of its beautiful and quiet rocky coves. It is also 2 minutes by car from the Port of AlcĂșdia and its sandy beach. In this area, you will enjoy a wide range of leisure and services: countless restaurants, shops, fashion shops, supermarkets and taxi, and bus service.

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the property has AC units in each bedroom. In the living room, two fans are provided.
