Cae Berllan is a charming, detached, single-storey cottage resting in Mynytho, Gwynedd. The single-storey house hosts three bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with electric fire. Outside there is private parking for several cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Cae Berllan is a lovely dwelling for a family gathering to Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer washing machine, and hairdryers in the double bedrooms. Smart TV, 3 x TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed Linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair are available. Hot tub. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio area, and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 2.2 miles.
