The caravan needs a lot of TLC, one of the sofas was very uncomfortable as the springs were broken and my elderly parents couldn't get off without help, broken basin in the single toilet, freezer door broken and the view outside the main room was overlooking the bins.

The caravan was lovely and clean with plenty of space. You had a nice outside seating area, unfortunately you are over looking the big red biffa bins, which were over flowing, and the smell wasnt pleasant.

Great stay but poor admin

Ideal property for family and dogs. Very poor admin prior to stay. I booked with Vrbo but they did not pass my details on to company hosting caravan for owner. Very muddled admin and worrying on day before holiday was due to begin.

Little break

The property was clean and tidy more then expected. Pros...close to club house and beach tescos only a short walk as was the honeypot restaurant outside both only 5 minute walk outside the site Cons...the property needs new furniture you sat on the sofas and you thought you was on the floor very uncomfortable the double bed needs a new mattress again uncomfortable and toilet seat needs replacing and when booking we was not informed you needed to buy a pass to use the restaurant, clubhouse and swimming pool Apart from the pros and cons i would only stay for a short break

Lovely Location

Lovely location and overall the accommodation suited our needs . the only negative is that the furniture ie the sofa’s could do with an upgrade and they are a little uncomfortable. Overall would use again 😊

Dog friendly and super clean

Amazing level of cleanliness for this dog friendly caravan Well equipped kitchen and plentiful supply of DVDS which came in handy as the rain lashed during our break. Scored slightly less on location as the van is opposite the bins and had lots of cars driving directly past as it is on the junction of a one way system BUT overall we had a great value for money mini break . Thank you

Outstanding accommodation and location

Simple booking process. Great communication from Vrbo and a lovely courtesy call from the caravan owner. Extremely clean with everything you could possibly need —— and an amazing shower— definitely the best caravan shower I’ve ever experienced 😃 Fantastic location for access to the beach and surrounding areas. Fantastic to experience incredible beaches that are dog friendly. Completely blown away. My first time holidaying in Norfolk but definitely will not be my last Thanks for a great Rental. Made for an amazing mini holiday 👍🏻

A good stay, but staff could have been a bit quieter after Saturdays night in the bar!! They were giggling and shouting outside long after bar was shut !!! Xx
