Eldroth is a ground-floor apartment on Bowland Fell Park, near Long Preston in North Yorkshire. It two bedrooms made up of one double with an en-suite and a twin as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. Outside is off-road parking for two cars, shared use of the grounds including a heated indoor swimming pool, a games room and a children's play area. Set in beautiful countryside, Eldroth is a superb family holiday home with plenty of facilities. Note: Newly refurbished Indoor heated swimming pool - free of charge - now includes towels, bathrobes and slippers. Please note: swimming pool must be pre-booked 7 days in advance - you will receive further information via email about 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The pool will close December and reopen March. EV charging point onsite.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, shared washing machine & spin dryer in on-site launderette, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, Radio/CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Spacious shared lawned area with decking. Travel cot and highchair on request to owner ( there is a £12 charge per item per break) Off-road parking for 2 cars. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 mile.
