Deluxe Appeal Chalet close to Savoleyres Ski Lift
Summary:
This charming chalet has 270 degree views of the mountains and is ideally located in a tranquil highly sought after area minutes from "Savoleyres" ski lift being 300 meters walk (54 steps on Chemin de Bergeries). Alternatively, the navette bus stop is right outside the house - with a direct link to medran and the walk from Le Rouge / brunet bus stop is only 5 minutes.
The Space:
A spacious property of 210 sqm plus the balconies and garden, follows a traditional style with light pine wood, old stone and marble. The property has excellent orientation, enjoying the sun light all day long. Over four floors, there is a private lift from the basement garage and utility area taking you to the main living area or bedroom floors.
On the 1st floor is the bright lounge and dining area (that comfortably seats 10) offers all the mod cons, such as a TV with cable and WIFI internet access. The kitchen is open plan, next to the dining area and has everything you may need. From all rooms you can access the balconies. There is also a guest toilet.
On the top floor is the master double ensuite along with a cosy snug area with TV. Perfect for children to hang out.
On the ground floor are the twin double bedrooms sharing an ensuite shower room in the middle. There is also a twin bunk bedroom (sleeps 4) and a family bathroom. From all rooms you can access the garden.
On the lower ground floor which links to the garage (2 parking places), there is a laundry room, cloakroom area and a ski locker.

Other Things to Note:
1.A refundable Damage Deposit of 30% of the booking price (with a minimum deposit of 1000 CHF) will be required prior to the start date of your holiday.
2. It is a condition of booking that each member of the party has adequate personal insurance to cover themselves against winter sports accidents, third party risks, and cancellation. We strongly advise homeowner extension insurance to cover rental accommodation damage abroad.
3. Guests can check in from 4pm on the day of arrival and they must vacate their accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. Failure to check out of your accommodation on time may result in a 100chf charge. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced in all of our properties. If you would like a later check out time, you are required to check with the office during your stay to see if another group is arriving the day you leave. If not, you may be able to stay on later at no extra charge, however you are required to get prior permission to stay later than the published check-out time.
4. Pets are NOT allowed in or on chalet/apartment premises without specific written permission from myverbier. If it has been agreed that a pet can stay in the chosen accommodation, a surcharge of 150CHF per pet will be levied in order to cover additional cleaning costs. Please advise us of any pet requests at the time of booking. If any evidence of a pet has been found on the premises without prior agreement, guests will be evicted from the property and will forfeit their entire rent & deposit.
