Wonderful north-facing studio in the well-known Parque de Marbella building on the first floor, located on the second line of the beach in the centre of Marbella, close to all the services that the city offers - such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants - and less than a 5-minute walk from the beach.
This studio has a maximum capacity of 2 people and comprises: Elevator access to the apartment, and an entrance hall with great closets to accommodate your belongings. Modern bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Fully equipped independent kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher ... you will find everything you need to cook in this kitchen. Living room/bedroom with dining area, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a large closet that separates the living area from the area where the bed is located, which makes the house have two environments. Climalix windows to avoid street noise, air conditioning, and own wifi.

đâ Among the Parque MarbellaÂŽs facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round, one of them for children.
