Cosy Cottage is a detached cottage based near to Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, double and a twin, along with shower room, this property can sleep six people in three bedrooms. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with electric room. To the outside is a lawned garden and decking, along with an off-road parking space for one car. Cosy Cottage is a fabulous base for enjoying Sussex.
Amenities: Gas heating with electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Hairdryer. 3 x Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player and WiFi. Selection of DVDs and board games. Picnic basket. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden and decking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.6 miles, beach 2.7 miles. The double bedroom is on the lower ground floor and there are steps between the ground floor and the lower ground floor. Note: The owner can put up Christmas decorations throughout December. Please contact the owner prior to arrival if you would like them to do this.
